  2. Zapier/Boulevard is currently limited to a handful of actions, none of which are product related. It would be helpful to have the ability to sell product on our business' external website and have the inventory count be updated and the sale recorded in Boulevard. Having those two actions added would open up a lot of possibilities.

  6. only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.

  7. Being able to sign multiple family members in with the kiosk. Now it signs in 1 name multiple times. When that customer is assigned, it combines the multiple sign ins as 1 person instead of multiple. This causes issues managing the waitlist as the customers have arrived.

  8. We left Meevo and they had a nice app where we could cut data easily on historical performance for each location.

    You can see yesterday, last week, this month, last month, Month-to-date performance. You can also compare that performance against a variety of time periods from your fingertips.

  11. Lumi Skin Bar would either like the resource to be remembered when "add to calendar" is used to book an appointment OR they would like a privilege setting to disallow front desk to use this button. Currently when they use "add to calendar" to book, BLVD doesn't remember the resource they intend to reserve.

  13. On the reports we need:
    total guest count- I am currently manually adding them and haven't found a total anywhere else
    RTS total for the company- what percentage of my service sales is retail sales, what percent of my total sales is retail sales
    Prebook % for the company not just individuals

  14. Make it possible to add first and last names to client forms and have them auto-populate from their profile so that the form has their name on it if it is printed out. Legally the form still needs to have their name on the form itself, it's not enough that the form lives in their profile.

  18. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  19. Be able to set processing time at the beginning of an appointment and not have the 5 minute time block at the beginning of appointments. This is ideal for treatments that require numbing before beginning. Even the 5 minutes stops treatments from being able to overlap smoothly and causes issues. We should be able to change the duration to 0 even if the treatment is not an add on! If you want to appeal to more medspa's this needs to change!

  20. Right now if there are no available appointments at the time selected, the Boulevard booking widget surfaces a sad face emoji and messaging advising the client to choose another time - we'd like to be able to customize that wording to better fit with our business.
