  4. I think it would be EXTREMELY to have these options to form:

    • Manually link the forms so that we can send in marketing/client reach out campaigns

    • The option for forms to be required for booking

    • An alert or list of clients who have filled out forms (so we can input any information into the file)

    • A birthday option that automatically updates their birthday on their file (year not necessary)

  5. We are trying to build the clientele of our new service providers. We are making offers specifically for them to get people in their books. It would be helpful to be able to make a "rule" and the discount code only applies when booking with that service provider.

  8. The "boulevard booking" option allows clients to book appointments without actually logging in- this is causing our salon to run over on clients because we have some of them saved as 45 minute hair cut accommodations. When they use this booking option it bypasses their accommodation and books them at a shorter time than needed

  9. currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

  13. Within the checking out of the client they get all the way through and then we have to ask, would you like a copy of your receipt through email. A customer suggested they be able to say yes or no to this on the ipads

  14. We would love the option to add the client's phone number to the calendar view OR the ability to add to the Staff Schedule report. We print either the calendar view or the Staff Schedule to give to the providers. We use this to issue points and the front desk has to look everyone up to get their phone number, which is pain point for us.

  17. When I export the Product Commission Report (by pdf, .csv, or .xls) it puts every stylists on their own separate page or tab! Maybe some people like it that way, but I don't. Please add a report option to either run it by page, or run it continuous. As it is now, I have to manually highlight the info on my screen and then re-size my window and then right-click to print! Annoying.

  18. When we add products to a client ticket we cannot see the full name. And when we add product it moves to the top and we get lost. The entire product system is very confusing and overwhelming. As I am sitting in a staff meeting we are realizing we are all frustrated by this. Can we make this a more visible and smoother transaction.

  19. When adding "add on's" especially for IV Therapy, I need to simply add injectables to a base appt. time slot, not separate appts slots. The scheduler gets unnecessarily convoluted.
