  2. The business wants to enter the referral source at the time you are searching for availability. SO right before you would click View Times or Select Time on Calendar. They would like an option within that part of the pop up.

  3. Be able block certain hours on the schedule so that people that are online scheduling can only book in those times if they are new clients, or members, etc.

  5. When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

  6. when looking at the history of a clients orders. when i open a specific order and then hit the back button, it redirects me to todays recent orders history of all clients instead of bringing me back to view the history of that specific client. having to type in the clients first and last name every single time i want to look into there individual account order history
    ie: All Orders--> clients name--> full order history--> specific date of order history -->hits back button-- All Orders.

    it should be :
    All Orders-->clients full purchase history-->Specific date-->back button-->clients full order history.

  11. Would love to receive an email at the end of the day with a daily summary without having to go into boulevard reports and filter out. A report that states all sales for the day, total appointments, any refunds and any other general important metrics. Other softwares like square do this and it was always a helpful way to review each day quickly.

  12. We use Gift Cards extensively and need to be able to see/distinguish when gift cards were purchased for myself or others. Otherwise at checkout it gets very messy.

    Ability to see gift cards purchased for others in client profile
    Ability to see gift cards gifted to/from another client in client profile
    Ability to offer promotional gift cards (buy $100, get $50)
    Ability to share gift cards with other clients

  14. When there is a cancelation, we want to try to fill it with a similar length appointment type to fill a gap in the schedule. It would be easier to filter the appointments by amount of hours rather than having to go through the full list manually.

  17. The colors are overwhelming. For example, the pink on Pink and green on green. I suggest a white background for everything with a colored trimmed. Take a look at Mindbody or Booker for some ideas.

  18. When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

  19. The business wants the ability to add symbols such as + or - when entering the cost. For an example: $40.00 is the list price but they want it to say $40.00+ as the cost may be more then what is being shown

  20. Time to Purchase Prompt!
    When it's time for a client to repurchase it will auto prompt at check out to suggest repurchase of that item they may be running low on. Meevo does this and clients love this feature.
