  4. Setting conditions for offer codes.
    Example Spend X on X = X Discount
    150 or more on gift card = 10% off
    spend 100 on X product line = 15% off
    Spend 200 in Spa Category = $20 off
    We can do this in house but when making sales online, especially gift cards, we cannot have it apply to all gift cards. setting a condition would be helpful

  5. Be able to set processing time at the beginning of an appointment and not have the 5 minute time block at the beginning of appointments. This is ideal for treatments that require numbing before beginning. Even the 5 minutes stops treatments from being able to overlap smoothly and causes issues. We should be able to change the duration to 0 even if the treatment is not an add on! If you want to appeal to more medspa's this needs to change!

  6. Right now if there are no available appointments at the time selected, the Boulevard booking widget surfaces a sad face emoji and messaging advising the client to choose another time - we'd like to be able to customize that wording to better fit with our business.

  11. I would like to be able to remove the service duration from the emails that clients receive. If the duration is 30 minutes, that is service time, clean up time, charting, etc. But to a client, it means they can be 20 minutes late because they don't think it'll take that long... I'd like to have the option to include service duration on the emails or remove it.

  14. Audience and day schedule is too limited. Employee need more info at a glance or dig through for relevant processing. Name , phone, email but then Last seen, service, charges, new, established, appt time, last appt time, future appt time , tag applied , membership, credits available. Just a big database to build profile and surface good info for today's clients or upcoming.

  16. We have a lot of clients who will need to reschedule an existing appointment but instead go in and schedule a new one and then have to call us to cancel the wrong one. It would be great if the client got an alert that they're trying to schedule an appointment for a service they already have scheduled and ask if they'd rather reschedule the existing appointment instead.

  17. When a patient books a service they get an email with all of their appointment details listed like their name, date/time of their appointment and what treatment they are getting. Med Spa practices have to practice hipaa and this is a huge violation.

  19. The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.
