  4. We have a prospect that needs to be able to associate 2 providers to a bill or membership.

    Example of the providers & use case:
    1. a selling provider (like an MD) that recommends a treatment
    2. provider that actually does the treatment (like a nurse)

    Goal is to be able to track who’s selling and providing treatment.

  5. There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

  8. I charge by area so it's always a flat rate. Since we need to manually count how many units are used, it would be helpful to be able to add in the inventory units after checkout so the patient doesn't have to wait while you calculate how many units were used.

  9. Need a setting other than first appointment so that you can differentiate between an actual new client or the first appointment for a selected form. When new forms are created if using the first appointment option need to have ability to not send to existing clients.

  10. I need to be able to go back and add more items to a purchase order after I've saved it. Often times I run the PO and if I don't place the order immediately I need to add more items, and I want it all on one purchase order.

  11. It's impossible to see when and where a voucher was redeemed right now. So if clients have a shared membership and ask why they dont have a voucher on their account, you cant tell who redeemed which voucher and when. There should be a way to see a clear history of a clients voucher redemptions

  15. When a guest uploads an inspiration photo, we should get a notification. some guests may do so even after coming to us for years. it would be nice to get a notification when something new is added to their file. Thanks so much for your hard work.

  17. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  18. I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

  19. There should be a way to have other fields open when you select a specific answer. For example, there is a question about whether this is there first time visiting the clinic, if they answer yes then they would get additional questions provided versus someone who has chosen no and already answered more of the client intake questions. There are many use cases for having this functionality.
