Show commission breakdown for service providers
Need the option on the backend/accounting settings where employers can input commission % on/for each products/services/etc. so the service providers are able to see what they are actually getting paid for, for each item on a sales ticket individually.

It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

Pre-treatment time with different service provider
In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

Would be amazing for the provider to add a chart on the client profile without it having to be attached to a service. Sometimes we do follow-up calls on patients (way after their appointment) and want to be able to use the chart we created for it instead of just showing it in the "client notes"which can be difficult to keep track of, and no way to filter out

Add an option to charge for pausing memberships
Rather than pausing the membership and charging nothing, it would be great to be able to put the membership on pause while still charging something (like $10) to make sure card is still active and in lieu of charging a cancellation/reactivation fee

NET Sale Report - Subtract the cost of the product used in the service
There is not a report that calculates the NET sale based on product usage. (Yes there is one for a business charge - but we are using Botox and Filler so the cost varies per service) We really need a report that shows us the NET profit of each service, subtracting the cost of the products used in that service.

Customizable Summary Views
Add customization options to Summaries similar to those available in Reports. This would allow users to:
- Select which data columns to display
- Arrange columns in their preferred order
- Apply filters to focus on specific metrics
- Save custom Summary layouts for future use
Current Pain Point: Users cannot modify Summary views to match their specific business needs, unlike Reports which offer extensive customization options. This limitation makes it harder for businesses to quickly access and analyze the specific data they need.

Give clients the ability to buy a package for someone else
It's fairly common have someone tell us that their significant other purchased them a package of massages. In order for the person gifted the massages we have to either double book an appointment slot with the package buyer so we can check out the appointment as a grouped ticket where we delete the buyer from the ticket but use a voucher that lives in their account, or we have to manually delete the voucher(s) from the buyer's account and then manually add corresponding vouchers to the person they bought them for. add a preferred name field

Do NOT allow extras without confirming
Businesses should be asked before being charged for additional services.
I.E. (you have used your allotted emails for this month, would you like to upgrade your subscription ?)

Book provider while patient is with medical assistant
If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.

inventory
I wish when scanning out inventory, such as color used for the day, that you could scan all items at once and it accounts for duplicates. This was something that was really beneficial on our former salon software, STX.
