  1. It would be extremely helpful if we had the capability of emailing or texting incomplete forms to clients. I understand that they already get them in a text or email reminder but if we could have a resend button that way they can fill it out in our lobby on their own device that would be great. ALSO it would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the option of pulling up forms without it being attached to an appointment.   3. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

  4. Not allowing in-house booking on days therapists AREN'T actually scheduled on the books. Or online booking from clients when the therapists books are not open. This causes more confusion and more work/missed appointments/losing money for business.

  6. Please Please Please, make a separate section under sales summary for memberships or take them out of retail sales, its so deceiving looking at monthly reports and having memberships sales numbers in both retail and service. The reports are terribly skewed and we have to manually go in to subtract memberships from retail since they already show under service when the membership is redeemed.

  7. Unable to save new template created at times even when Page has been refreshed and logged in.
    It is very frustrating to spend so much time on creating a new template and then find that i can not save it.

  9. If a person has two back to back appointments it fails to show them both on the calendar. Blvd currently shows one appointment for a person and it looks as though there is an open appointment spot on our end when there isn’t.

  10. Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

  13. Sometimes when we are checking out a customer, we come across a product or service that has not yet made it into inventory. We then have to add a different item and adjust the price to be sure the item is paid for. This throws off our inventory count and creates chaos at checkout. Can you add a misc line at checkout where an item can be manually entered along with the price and an option to add tax or not?

  14. Flawless Skin Center would like to be able to quickly see the total time of services being rescheduled in a single appointment. Currently, it lists out individual service times, and they have to calculate when rescheduling to ensure the whole appointment will fit in the new time slot.

  16. Lumi Skin Bar uses a lot of modifiers for their services. They would like to see them be required, or at least more visible, when booking from the desktop. They are aware and like that they are required for online booking.

  17. When I am making a new purchase order list or recounting inventory and a client comes up, instead of having to save a draft, check them in/out then click three different buttons to get back to where I was, I think a task bar to get back to it quickly and efficiently would be much easier!

  20. We release packages every year, before we had the new package system, we had to make a new service and now we are trying to clean out our services and can't remember which is current and notice we linked wrong ones
    also to see when package should be inactive on our side without having to go to client list or client history
