  1. I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.

    This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

    I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…

  4. Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.

  5. Set custom cancellation policy by location. For example we have one main location and an alternate location that sees patients once a month. For that second location we'd like to have a longer period for cancellations, while our main location is fine with a 48 hour notice.

  10. I would love to be able to track our efforts in marketing and so much more as a salon owner. I would love my first prompt to ask guest if they are new or returning guest to our salon. Then the next prompt would ask and give multiple choice answer to how they found their stylist. The only other way is to manually track and have each stylist ask each guest and that will not be an accurate count based off which stylists participate or possibly simply forget in our long appointments to ask:) I have got to find a…

  11. When you issue a refund for a transaction, any points that the client earned from that purchase should be deducted from their profile. This ensures that the points balance accurately reflects the total amount the client has spent, excluding refunded purchases

  12. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  16. We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

  17. It takes so long to edit the appointment and it's showing appointments all over after the clients have checked out because of all the add ons. If you had the ability to add services just as you would add a product it would be a game changer!

  18. When booking an appointment from the waitlist it will not automatically select required resources. This can result in overbooking a resource.

    The appointment booking flow should be identical to a regular appointment and include the resources.

    This also happens when rebooking appointments from the checkout window! You have to remove the service and re-add it to get the resource to populate

  19. Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on it, it would immediately show us the first available appointment. It would limit scrolling time looking through the schedule. It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

  20. When looking at text messages the abbreviations used for when the message was sent are y,m,d,min. It can be confusing to have just the m for month when you have text that was sent 2 min ago and one that was 4 m ago side by side. It is easy to think that they were sent nearly at the same time. I suggest changing the month designation to mo. just to avoid the confusion.
