    1. In order to track new vs existing client prebooks, we have to manually count these each day, per technician, and add them up for our weekly reports.Having to manually keep track of these numbers is time-consuming for our front desk staff and we have to account for human error.

    2. Tracking new and existing rebooks separately allows us to better gauge growth. The higher our new client rebook rate is, the faster we grow. It's also an excellent coaching tool. If a technician's new client rebook rate is low, but their existing client rebook rate is good, we can coach them…

  5. If we can get operators in the system to tag in when they sell pre-paid units that would be great. As of now, and pre-paid units don't tie into an operator so we can't see that in the commissions reporting system.

  7. We would love to be able to see a gift card balance when checking out, just like how you can see account credit balance. And be able to charge the gift card similar to charging the account credit. Thank you!

  8. Currently 'Edit services' controls if an employee can toggle off/on services and create services. There should be two separate permissions, one that controls toggling services off and on and one that controls creating new services.

  12. Every day we create a blocked time slot that is just general reception notes. Things like 'ashly working whole day'. 'call so and so to remind them of early shift' 'fire drill on x day'. We have a slack and a day of note book, but seeing a little tag seems to be the only way we can really manage this stuff...but it means one provider gets a ton of notes on their schedule.Pls add a day of notes feature.   13. having a Payment Distribution Report that shows you all the payment types you've processed. You can see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions and other types of payments. Within the actual reporting tab. having to go to payment processing to see this report is just an extra step.

  15. Due to our salon having two locations, and we have stylist that work at both locations, sometimes the clients get confused and end up going to the wrong location for there appointment. The confirmation texts only have the main name for the salon and time. I believe the text should also include the location of which salon they are booked and what services they are booked for.

  16. Add visibility toggle to "Staff Roles" field.

    We utilize this field as a workaround for creating commission reports. This was taught to us by one of our onboarding specialists. Unfortunately, the "Tiers" we created can be seen in the booking widget. Please add a visibility toggle so we can hide it!

  17. Right now modifier costs are totaled and can't be seen by client at checkout iPad. We have a lot of clients ask for a breakdown and then we have to handwrite it on random paper. It's weird.
    For example: We have a service "Laser Hair Removal" with modifiers by area such as underarms, bikini, etc. We need to see the price breakdown by modifier from the client side and also in the "History Tab"

  18. Right now you can't edit or remove banked units after purchase in the client profile. Please fix this as it makes it difficult with inventory.

  19. We have a weekly team meeting that I would like to set up to repeat as a blocked time indefinitely. Instead the max I could set it was a year and now I'll have to go in an reset that up every year.
