Having some sort of "Flow Chart" or be able to group certain charts under one main folder.
This would be helpful for clients that come in weekly for a certain service to be better able to track their progress through a long period of time at a glance.

phone number ONLY for check in
check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.

we can change the time reminder texts are sent out
Sending out the day before confirmation texts at night is inconvenient, it would be better if we could set the time they're sent especially so it reflects our cancellation policy

I need a commission report to calculate the commission of a service that uses a product (Botox, Filler) based on the NET sale (i.e. I need the report to calculate the cost of using the product and then the NET sale and the commission based off of that)

False Start Time for Clients
For clients who are always late, good for them to book online and this comes in automatically.
If a client who has a False Start books online we need to text them and see if they can come in 15 min earlier and add the false start.

View Times: Show # of Weeks
Seeing number of weeks over the days in View Times tab when selecting appointment time (ex. +1w. +2w, etc.). Similar to number of weeks listed when you select the date dropdown in the upper left on Calendar view.

Custom Auto-population
Be able to create custom items to auto-populate, such as previous medication dose, vitals. Or being able to auto-populate the notes section in the client profile.

We need more color options for stylists columns!!
We have more stylists than Boulevard offers colors! It make reading the schedule hard if the team can't easily see the delineation in the columns.

default settings for new service
When a new service is added, I would like to choose "default settings."
In my case currently (and I know this is not for all), it would be auto-assigning the new service to all locations (we only have one right now), all staff, etc. Also, ensuring that forms are updated to include that service. For example, new client intake should auto-add the new service.

Please prioritize, bulk import clients from csv
Sometimes we use different platforms to gather leads. Instead of us having to manually enter each lead into Boulevard, it would be helpful to be able to import from a csv. When trying to run a business we do not have time to. sit here and add manually for hundreds of people.

Split-Shifts
Right now the system only allows for a single shift per day per staff member
ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-6pmWe need the option to have multiple times or split-shifts instead
ie: Jane Doe, Monday 9am-12pm and 1pm-6pmUsing time blocks for lunches and meetings is not good because the "lunch" blocks visually look like staff meetings, etc and messy with the color overlays.

We would like to see better analytics in the marketing space after email blasts go out. We would like to be able to "resend to non-openers" similar to a platform like Constant Contact.

Different services options per therapist
Different therapists are able to perform different services. We have to adjust every enhancement not good across the board for every therapist to an add on, and it makes things confusing and less fluid for our clients when booking.
If a therapist is unassigned for a service enhancement, that should reflect when a client books online.

Gear vs. Manage
It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;
If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.
Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)
The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.
This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

Show loyalty points under ORDERS
Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

The ability to allow a client to purchase a gift card in store and apply it to the recipient client account.

automatically delete vouchers when they expire
any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.
