  2. TWO WAY INTERGRATION: I have spend countless time, deleting and re-adding brands, inventory counts off. Etc. One small change and the whole product duplicates down from shopify to BLVD.

    • Feed both ways, clients, ineventory, products.

    • Inventory count always off: If we sell in store the inventory in store sold on BLVD does not feed up to Shopify so then Shopifys inventory is off.

    • We should be able to feed clients up to shopify as well for marketing reasons and keeping clients in the know.

    • I am once again missing products I added in Shopify on BLVD. Im losing productivity, time,…

  3. It would be amazing to be able to either take/upload videos into a chart. This is specifically helpful if we are doing body treatments and want to have a video of the before/after for comparison

  4. can you make it so merge client feature still works with phone numbers that have parentheses and dashes so it's easy for all of us to copy and paste from their profiles without having to manually remove them for it to work?

  5. Having multiple inboxes, to categorize into different subjects would be extremely helpful. For example - Membership Inbox - here you can find messages that come from members or people interested in memberships. Having the ability to organize the messages would be great!

  6. Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

  8. When reading the BLVD Messages in the Message tab, the blue unread alert disappears. Can there be a way to select an option mark a message as unread after its been read, to serve as an alert that the message needs attention.

  10. We would like an invite to give feedback/review after the client completes payment via the Duo/iPad set-up. Once they confirm and pay, having an opportunity to give us 1-5 stars and, if they give us 4 or 5 stars, inviting them to review with Google Reviews would be great.

  11. I noticed when clients go to book online they are first asked to pick a professional before picking the day in which they'd like to book. My biggest concern with this is that if a client needs a particular day but their usual tanner isn't scheduled and we do have an alternative tanner for that day, the client will be unaware they can still book that particular day.

  12. Add savings folders. Allow owner to save a percentage of each sale. Example: taxes, paid vacation. Allow for transfers from accounts anytime.

  14. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

  15. Zero minute services just started showing up on the calendar taking up 15 minute blocks. We set them at zero minutes so they do not show on the calendar. Please go back to the way it was for this.

  16. Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

  18. We have VIP clients we manually add a % discount to all their services. we would like to be able to have a button that automatically adds the % discount to anything they book vs the current way where we have to manually add the discount to each service type and it saves for future appointments

  20. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.
