Make it possible to choose image from clients previous chart-nice to have before and after in note or if we aren't changing anything in treatment plan, to just use previous image.

Allow photos from the client photo gallery to be uploaded into a chart.

Be able to use a previous gallery photo in a current chart. We do not always get day of photos of patients and need to be able to use old photos in the gallery for a current chart. Right now, we have to screenshot the old photo and upload it as new. We end up having the same photo in the patient's gallery over and over.
