Selective Waitlist Days
Please add a way for clients to only add themselves to a waitlist on days that providers are actually scheduled to work. We get tons of people that add themselves to the waitlist on days that our providers don't even work.

QUIT telling clients in an email that we have a card on file!!!
Clients dont need to know this and it upsets many of them. It isnt necessary info!!!

Schedule block
When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

Loyalty App points via API
Loyalty app would be more valuable with more actionable functionality, such as being able to pull points via the API. This way, custom comms could be built around points reached to encourage clients to return to redeem them

Discounts for products tied to a service (botox, filler, etc)
Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

Add a table option to chart
Add a table or chart option for charts so I can see what i did every time i pelleted a patient or what dose of GLP1 was given each month vs having to look back at every note for this information. Easier to navigate note.

Being able to manually override tax upon checkout!
Our state doesn't tax sales over $500. So being able to manually turn off tax for certain services in one clients checkout would be amazing! I have to finagle the amounts every time which takes up a lot of time.

Being able to see any service staff that edit service times to fit on calendar
Allowing admin or really any staff to see inside of an appointment if service times have been edited at all. For example, If someone edits the customized service time for a provider to less time.

Allow an option to send invoices to clients for services to be able to check out outside of the office

Shopify integration to show membership status in BLVD in Shopify and allow online sales through Shopify to be reflected in BLVD
This advanced integration would carry membership status from BLVD to a client's online experience on Shopify. And, any sales a client makes online through Shopify should be reflected in BLVD, including peptides and other products.

Ability to open multiple charts, including previous charts and a current chart
Allow staff to open previous treatment records more easily, without having to open and close the new and old reports to reference each of them.

Ability to reschedule or change an appointment's location without having to cancel and rebook.

Allow tip on Duo at checkout for all forms of payment
It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.

Link and ability to email client forms
Why is there no way to send forms digitally?! My clients are not receiving there forms via email, and our for fill out went from 75% to practically 0. This is very frustrating considering every other system I have worked with has this option. This is a necessity to protect our businesses and not having this done before the client arrives wastes time.

Chart formatting when printing or downloading
It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.

add a pop-up alert with any critical info when opening a patients chart
Add a pop-up alert to charts detailing critical information that providers need to know. Right now any critical info is getting buried in the Allergies, which still requires the provider go look for that information, or put as a scheduling alert which is only seen by the front desk staff and not providers. Risk for error this way is high. For patient safety, there should be a pop-up alert or even a way to pin important info to the top of the chart where it is very obvious for anyone looking at it

Enable a way to exclude an item from gaining points in the loyalty program. Some items are very small margin of profit .
Have a box to check when setting up a new product that exempts it from the loyalty program. Items such as Blow Dryers and Curling Irons have little margin and shouldn't be given points.

ability to add forms to clients profile
at our med spa we have products for sale that require consent forms. this would be much easier if we could add a consent form, or any form to a clients profile WITHOUT having to schedule them an appointment. our schedules are watched by the company that owns us, so our schedules need to be as accurate as possible.

Create a way to delete vouchers in groups rather individually.
When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.
