  8. Account credits are not currently assigned a location when they are created. This can make location-level liability reporting of the account credits difficult. Having the location where the account credit was created would be helpful for reporting.

  9. Please have the phone or ipad LOCK onto boulevard app when clients are checking in for their paperwork. Our office phones and ipads have other apps which can be confusing when clients are in midst of filling out paperwork if they accidentally move out of the Boulevard app. Other software do this by requiring staff user password to get out of the app once locked.

  10. With the end of Penny production it is only a matter of time before we can no longer deal with odd amounts of change. An option to automatically round totals would be helpful with this (giving options for how rounding happens, and ensuring taxes are still appropriately collected and reported would be greatly appreciated)

  12. When a client books with my business for the first time, I need them to receive our new client form. I currently have the form setting configured to send with the first appointment. However, if the client has visited any other business that uses Boulevard, the system recognizes them as an existing Boulevard client and does not attach the form, even though they are new to my business. This is becoming more common as Boulevard grows in popularity.

  13. It would be great if we could link profiles together as married or children. When children come in we give them their own profile no matter the age so if we could link them to the mom i feel like that would be easier.

  15. Overview:
    We would love the ability to send an automated, customizable email to clients based on the specific service they book. This email could include details unique to that service, such as booking confirmation, pre- and post-care instructions, and personalized savings or membership opportunities.

    Current Challenge:
    Currently, once clients complete forms, they no longer have access to them — meaning they can’t easily reference important pre- or post-care information later. Team members must manually follow up with clients to resend details or reminders, which is time-consuming and inconsistent.

  16. Please add a way for clients to only add themselves to a waitlist on days that providers are actually scheduled to work. We get tons of people that add themselves to the waitlist on days that our providers don't even work.

  20. Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.
