  3. We will be offering some wellness options that would require multiple bookings for the same service at the same time. Example: sound bath and yoga. This would also be helpful for some events that we host and we will be able to better manage the bookings, pay and reminders if Boulevard had this option.

  5. We offer "Couples Memberships" where each person can share the same benefits. Currently the system only supports shared vouchers and not a shared offer code. It is only applied to the purchaser and not the "Shared" guest. It would be extremely helpful if sharing the offer code could be applied to "Shared" person so they also receive the member benefits without having to manually discount the 2nd person.

  6. when clients want a copy of all previous payments, they come to us, and the onyl option we have for that is to print off every receipt and fax it to them. emailing receipts is not always the best option for the client. a way to bulk print or see bulk payments would be great.

  7. Clients are confused when their 60 minute massage appointment says it will be 75 minutes long (due to time to get into room, change, get up and out, etc..). It would be great if we could edit the time that is shown on appointment confirmations so they are not confused!

  9. We use text marketing. We like it. We use the lost client text marketing. That text campaign has to be very generic though because it goes out to any and all clients, regardless of what service they are receiving. We were hoping to have a text campaign that is specifically tied to the service that the patient/client received. Example: The lost client campaign is something along the lines of "we haven't seen you in 90 days, click this link to book an appoint now."   12. We had instances where we don't notice that a clients card has expired until it's too late. I understand that when its a membership they will be notified but it would be cool if it was sent out even just from their profile

  16. A custom report option that allows us to see the necessary information when inputting payroll, with the form of payment included in the report.
    What the client purchases:
    Service, Product, tax, gratuity, gift card sale, wholesale purchase.
    Form of Payment:
    Card, check, cash, venmo, barter, etc.

    Currently, we need to run multiple reports or double-check the calendar. Many more steps than are necessary.

  19. When clients reschedule their own appointments online, the system does not send them an updated communication with the new date and/or time. They then call our business to make sure that it has gone through. Please update this to save time for everyone. Thanks!

  20. The checkout and "redeeming" process for memberships need to be heavily revisited.

    As is stands, if you have more than one voucher under a membership, it is split evenly between the two vouchers. For services in the same category at the same price, this makes sense.

    However, with the flexibility when creating the memberships (which I love), the check out and receipt process ends up devaluing or overpricing service that are not in the same category.
