I have only just been on Blvd for one month but the ability to see client Charts is really lacking and I can only imagine the time it will take to sort through Charts which is essentially our full patient visit history once I have a year or two on Boulevard. There is no where to see all Charts in one place and the fact that they are not tied to the appointment/service clearly visible anywhere (except History which is only on the dashboard) is also very concerning. Would love an upgrade that allows providers to more easily view all charts -- we need this to inform our appointments with our past notes that are buried in Charts. Maybe you could create one section "visit notes" that could be added to a Chart that would be almost like a connected field and you could view ALL "visit note" sections at one time - scroll through them to get a quick glance of all notes taken during a client's visits.
