API: Edit and delete tags from gear icon > Tags
Tags can be leveraged the via API to trigger other actions outside of Boulevard, which is extremely useful. For example, a tag placed on an appointment can trigger a text to be sent to the client via a third party connection.
Specific locations may request that a new tag be made for a specific text trigger that may later need to be edited (i.e. typos) or deleted (i.e. it was only even temporary in the first place). These can only be done manually via the dashboard, not via the API, making management for hundreds of locations quite inefficient.
