Stronger wording for No-Show Cancellation Notifications
No-Show cancellation notifications need stronger and more assertive language other than "Your appointment has been cancelled". "You have been recorded as a No-Show for missing your appointment" and then verbiage about all of the fees and policies that kick in should follow in the text.
