  2. A patient will sometimes buy a package and want to use the first item of the package the same day they buy it. currently, you have to do 2 individual orders to complete it. this makes it much more complex and takes extra time at checkout and can be confusing in the patient summary.

  3. I need for appointment modification tracking and auditing capabilities.

    I find it dissapointing that there isnt tracking done on an appointment from start to finish. I need to be able to check for mistakes , See when a change was made , See who made the change. This will make it easy incase someone accidently messes up a book and may need tracking to back track.

    I am shocked this is not a thing. How do you excpect managers to manage appointments without a feature like this?

  6. When trying to tag profiles that still need a card on file, it's a bit tedious to go through each client profile individually. It would be very helpful to be able to create a report that pulls the clients that do/don't have a card on file.

  8. I'd like to charge my clients automatically a $25 reservation deposit for their appointments to decrease cancellations and no shows. The $25 would still go towards their service, and for them to automatically pay for it on the online booking overlay.

  12. For what we pay as Boulevard members I believe we deserve to have better custom support. The help chat feels like a joke with ridiculous wait times recently have been over an hour, last chat was close to 3 hours. I feel like there should be a way to schedule a call with tech support when we have something we need help on. I understand you guys thrive on "good tech" but you need a human element. We are all in Customer facing businesses and to be able to talk to a live person is invaluable!!!

  13. We need a report that will show how many specific treatments are booked out during a specific time frame. For example, knowing how many Halo lasers are booked in the next 3-6months helps us know how many Halo tips we need to order. Many treatments use specific disposable items and knowing how many to order and have on hand is crucial.

  14. We would like the option to modify the text in the Review Request window. This will allow us to redirect our Clients to other platforms in which to leave a review. Such as our google profile.

    Currently, the review request redirects to boulevard and we would like an option to customize this.

  15. Rescheduled appointments need to be recorded and displayed in appointment history. Not just cancellations. If a client reschedules 10 times, it doesn't show anything. This is very pertinent information. From a booking standpoint, a reschedule is still a cancellation of that time slot.

  20. We have clients who would like to pay ahead for future appointments who have requested to be invoiced.

    Other clients need to be invoiced for missed appointments.

    Some elderly clients come in and would like a link to pay sent to their adult child that manages their funds... and teens who come in who have parents that pay for them would like the same option.
