  2. Most salons/ studios have more than one reception. With that, things can get confusing in figuring out who booked what appointment. With this, each receptionist has a sign in number with their name to make it easier in tracking appointments and clients

  3. We would like to have the capability to add an "Experience Rate", an automatic 4% charge to clients to offset the cost of providing the best in technology, amenities etc. at our salon. This will be a 4% flat fee added to all transactions (both service & retail). Some salon softwares allows the fee to be added as a “tax” some can add it as a “service charge” or similar.

  7. Currently, you're unable to set a permanent discount for a client for products like you can for services. It would make legacy pricing for injection based services possible if this was added to the platform!

  13. An option to disable patients from being able to cancel their appointment through email. That way we can get patient to call in to not lose that appointment.

  15. Similar to how services are set/customized per staff and type; the options being:
    Client booked appt requested, client booked appt non-requested, Requested appt moved into schedule, non-requested appt moved out of schedule, appt moved within day, appt moved to another day, appt cancelled for request, appt cancelled for non-request, appt booked along with guest, appt booked on behalf of, service/addon added, service/addon removed, recurring appt created, recurring appt removed, daily roster of appts.

    And ability to set notifications locked to push on/off, email on/off, SMS on/off.

    Ability to control whether each type of these notifications are done only for activity…

  18. Small detail, but the products section in the gear tab has filters for Brands, Categories, Status. The products section in the manage location tab has Categories, Brands, Status.

    Swapping categories and brands in one of the places would be great (preferably in the gear tab). I find myself clicking in the wrong one to filter when I am in the gear tab because they are swapped.

  19. We need a central place to save contacts and then in the locked section we like to save login details that only Admins can see. I want to save more contacts in here and then be able to search by their name, etc.

  20. We often have multiple purchase orders open at one time. Need to be able to see the "Memo" field on the Purchase Orders summary screen to figure out which one we are opening. Otherwise we waste time clicking through until we get the right one.
