  4. If it was native in the ratings response form if they select 5 stars for their provider, to be prompted to send a quick snap of their content-ness with their service. If these were appended to the ratings page then businesses would have a great new resource that could organically get positive feedback alongside potential assets to use for marketing purposes.

    Additionally perhaps the photos could go through a round of ML smile scoring to determine the quality of the feedback response and then if our terms and conditions allow for it, suggest to Blvd partners in the Marketing panel…

  5. Right now you can only pull the clientrecord id from the Client Records report. It'd be great if we could obtain that in more reports like 'Client Sales' to easily tie these records together.

  6. When running a report using the offer code filter, I just want to be able to see a list of the offer codes that are relevant to the date range that's set. If it wasn't used in that time range, it shouldn't be an option.

  10. Filters under client tab should be an "and" instead of an "Or" so that when trying to send marketing emails you can send them to multiple selected appointment types instead of only one type

  11. I would like the ability to assign certain take home products to certain services. Similar to how the system shows rebooking options at checkout, I would like it to suggest to the staff take home products that are set. An example would be I set for the blonding service to suggest a purple shampoo. The client may not see this, but it pops up for the staff to see and then suggest. It would help them remember to discuss take home.

  19. I want to decide which staff members I want to see in the calendar tab, even if they don't have appointments or aren't on the schedule. It'd be nice if I could manually remove anyone that I don't want to see on the calendar tab.
