  4. I think it would be helpful to have a section on the client account page that lists all of the clients who have frozen accounts. This way, we can easily see which clients are about to have their accounts unfrozen and contact them to let them know. We can also use this information to send out reminders to clients about their account status. This would help to ensure that clients are aware of their account status and are able to take appropriate action to avoid any futures refunds!

  5. We need the ability to view reports for nontaxable product sale items. Ie if a hair extension is sold and used in a service it is a non-taxable item in our state vs selling a retail hair care product which is taxable. There is no way in reporting to separate that.

  8. having a Payment Distribution Report that shows you all the payment types you've processed. You can see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions and other types of payments. Within the actual reporting tab. having to go to payment processing to see this report is just an extra step.

  9. Add visibility toggle to "Staff Roles" field.

    We utilize this field as a workaround for creating commission reports. This was taught to us by one of our onboarding specialists. Unfortunately, the "Tiers" we created can be seen in the booking widget. Please add a visibility toggle so we can hide it!

  10. Marketing (and if possible confirmation/reminder) SMS needs to be separated from dashboard. Sending out marketing texts to even a few hundred clients pushes all of your active messages down below all of the marketing. You then have to scroll through hundreds or thousands of texts to find the messages you were working on with clients. This makes me not want to use this very valuable feature within BLVD. Is there a way to filter, or move these to a separate area?

  11. Add an Edit button to the notes on the waitlist.

    It is so annoying to click to read the note, then have to click away, click edit, then click in the note area, then type the update to the note. 90% of the time we need to update the note immediately after/while reading it. 99% of the time nothing else about the waitlist entry needs updated (I honestly can't think of a time that I ever changed a waitlist entry outside of updating the note)

  12. I am not sure if it is clearly marked and people aren't figuring it out, but 9 out of 10 times the forms for a group appointment are completed for the wrong people. Often the "guest of" form is completed in the name of the primary person and the primary person does not have any forms completed.

    I am not sure if something can be done to make this more clear, or easier to get right.

    A confounding factor is that forms cannot be moved between profiles. So we are stuck working around how to get the forms to the…

  13. Instead of having the entire service amount go into the, in our case, independent contractor's, account, and then having to invoice them; allow the commission amount to go into their account. This allows both the contractor and our business to get paid directly and removes the headache for every to have to create and pay invoices and move money all over the place.

Recently the group tag emojis were revised, and it made it harder (for me) to quickly scan the calendar view to see which clients go with with group since several of the emojis look very similar. We use the colored dots on group appointments also, which does help, but emojis that look less similar would also help.

  16. In a perfect world where our software can give our staff the notifications that they need to provide care to clients but also the business does not have to worry about Boulevard data being collected in private email servers of our staff...

    The email would have subject: "A client has booked a BBL Tuesday at 3pm" and only in the email body there was a appointment card that utilizes dynamic HTML that shows the staff when viewing that Nicki Minaj has booked a BBL at 3pm on Tuesday.

  17. Where are we on creating a report that separates taxable services and products from non-taxable services and products????? There are so many items that I had to list as retail for it to show up properly in the checkout area but they aren’t taxable so it’s becoming tedious

  20. When a client has multiple months past due allow options to choose to override or waive months as an exception per client basis. Also when the next charge date is moved in order to process multiple past due months give the option as showing active and not paused.
