  2. We have a lot of service providers and multiple locations, when looking at the calendar you only get to see the first letter maybe two of the staff names and the photos are very small. We would love the ability to have the full name of the staff pull up when you hover, not click your mouse over their photo.

  4. Receiving alerts within a 4 hr window from when the stylists starts their shift would be awesome. They don't want the online booking alert on for everything because they receive a ton of messages from it. If we could have it for just a certain time frame it would be very helpful.

  9. Hi ! Can we request to add on 29 days to the DOBS for February? We have a couple clients whos DOB is Feb 29th and it only allows us to the 28th !

  10. We have several stylists who prefer to remain offline, but would like to have their guests keep a credit card on file, in case of a cancellation. Maybe a link that connects to a private booking portal specifically for that stylist? So that only the Admin team and stylist can share, and it's not visible publicly for just anyone to book with them.

  12. To help avoid someone from accidentally not tipping when in a rush it would be great to have a setting that allows us to have the tip selection default to whatever amount we want (20%) instead of defaulting to the "no tip" option.

  13. So that staff or management could essentially place notes on times to do a number of tasks such as analysis or dictate instructions to staff.

    Examples:

    Wanting to notate a region of time for analysis. To refer to things, we now are marking up schedule screenshots using outside editors, if they were native to Blvd then these notes would be cloud based and businesses would have the confidence they are synced across and we can always be looking at the same data and most up to date.

  14. It would be great if a client could upload an image of the vaccination card when booking. In NY our clients don't have to wear a mask if vaccinated but checking at the front desk can be tricky. If they can connect their Dept. of Health app or upload a photo when booking and then their appt can have an icon showing if they are vaccinated.

  15. As is, the completed appt if not adjusted prior to checkout impedes bookability and is not editable unless voiding and redoing the order which is too difficult for staff or creates client side confusion.
    Example, 4 hour service completes 2 hours in, staff does not remember to adjust the appt duration. Now 2 hours are not bookable by client self booking. Would like solution for this.

  17. I have multiple employees covering different roles on different days. With the current setup, I have to create new employee profiles for each role to keep them separated. Our old system (Millennium) had a simple toggle feature to show their role for the day (manager, assistant, stylist)

  18. The salon owner is busy taking clients and sometimes misses emails from clients through the Blvd system. If the Admins were able to have access to these emails or it be sent to their work email, this would help our front desk team with clients.

  20. Daily logbook function - where managers and owners can see what happened the day before.

    Fields can be customizable and could include:

    • client count - with space for last year count

    • daily sales - same as above to see sales from date of last year.

    • issues that need to be addressed, customer complaints ... etc

    Would be great if could be automatically emailed out at a specific time after the day has ended.
