  1. We feel it is very important that Boulevard gives us the option to print receipts that the Merchant and Customer copies are seperated automatically by the receipt printer. We are using the exact recommended Hardware. Our old booking program, their technical support team knew the exact settings for the recommended printer for the recommended browser to use on the desktop (Chrome). They knew every code for the settings to make every part of the program user-friendly in all aspects, including printer settings.   2. Would like the ability to return list of staff and their availabilities in one query
    Why: Reducing the number of clicks on a custom booking flow

    Allows for the ability to select a date and them immediately display all the staff and their available times

  3. Currently you can refund a gift card that has already been redeemed. This results in the the balance of the gift card becoming negative. Instead Boulevard should warn or prevent refunds of gift card purchases if a card has already been used.

  8. iPad only offers Check in option but if you tap "don't have an appointment," it tells you to see a staff member. We are planning on scaling our salon concept to multiple locations and it would help us automate our processes if it could instead lead the person to our online booking widget instead of telling the guest to see someone to help them out. It would act as a self-serve kiosk in a way and that would be amazing. It would essentially eliminate the need for an additional receptionist.

  11. when stylists know they wont be in to cover their shift they should be able to edit their working hours and close their books. Also they should be able to open their own books without having to call the front desk

  15. I noticed an oversight today while building a new automation system with out Boulevard integration.

    In Boulevard itself I am able to create two identical tags. This could result in a huge issue if a staff member created a tag not knowing that the exact tag already existed. That new tag would not work with any of our automations as they are tag-ID specific, not tag-text specific.

    Can you please update the tagging system so they have to be unique?

  17. There have been several recent events where there is a known issue with Boulevard that isn't bad enough to warrant a status page update, so it isn't communicated to users. Latest is errors in confirmation emails allowing people to confirm appointments before they should be able to. It would be nice to know that this is a known issue before reaching out to Boulevard support. Either a part of the status page or an email list we can subscribe to for these smaller known issues would be good to have so we are aware.

  18. No one really carries half dollars and if they do we can count them as quarters. I get 2 dollar bills more often then half dollars (Which is super rare in itself) and there is no section for them

  19. 215 pages of suggested ideas!! that makes me nervous switching from mindbody next week. Have none of these really been done to be moved to a completed tab? I specifically asked to make sure wont deal w duplicate clients again before i paid to switch but on here it says they dont require email and doesnt recognize that same email if capital or lower case which is nerve wracking as upper or lower case should not matter. If you use email as login then why wouldnt it be required to book online?

  20. This would be automatically updated as all staff need to have Blvd accounts and anytime staff depart we deactivate them. It being available from a button somewhere (perhaps the staff pulldown menu on Calendar and Front Desk View having an item called Staff Contact List).
