Report for all new clients scheduled per location
Ability to report on future booked appointments for new clients per location as well as the date the client was booked. The goal is to see each location's new client bookings made per day.

Only want to see Active staff as filter options on the beta reports
Currently, when filtering reports, All staff (active & inactive) show up as an option. Don't need to see inactive staff ever.

Drop down menu of staff list to SHARE in Beta Reports
Classic reports are able to generate staff emails without Admin having to know by heart or look up. Would be great to have that feature in Beta Reports or even just a drop down menu when the box to Share opens so the staff are listed/on hand

Allows slight decentralization of staff scheduling across management if contained within the platform rather than going back and forth between staff to figure out what implicit schedule was

Customizable Alert Settings in Manage Tab
Similar to the way Permission Groups is set up, client has requested a menu for customizable alerts where they can choose to receive a notification for various trigger events (ie. a Customer credit card on file has expired)

Ability to edit services received if pricing remains the same after order is completed
Services may occasionally be modified by the service provider before the front desk is informed and would like the opportunity to update the received service if pricing remains the same.

Multi location management: more visual cue stating which location one is messaging from.
At the moment the only cue is the top left stating which location account is being used. Suggestion to include in the dialog box "You are sending from LOCATION". Often I am sending messages from the wrong account which will confuse clients and also probably cause mistakes in the future when the client responds to that account and the receptionist of that salon works on that thread.

Would be helpful to see opens, bounces, unsubscribes AND it would be especially helpful if there was a way to know how many booking happen through the email that was sent out

Promotion restrictions logic dependent on other services
Ability to restrict application of a promotion to only when another service has been scheduled i.e. can only add a treatment promotion if a specific facial service is in the cart.

Customize Alternative Payment Options
These can be options we can CUSTOM create in our Dashboard.
Therefore if someone misspelled the word or capitalized it will not interrupt reporting.

Prevent Staff from being allowed to delete appoinements
Have had staff collect cash for an appointment and delete the appointment to hide the transaction

Reporting based on city, not zip codes
Would like to be able to search "Long beach" and for the zip codes for LB to generate. It's taking some time having to sit and lookup all the zip codes that fall under LB.

Blocked time for PERSONAL should not show in hours scheduled in Staff Performance report
When pulling report for sick time or vaction time accural, blocked personal time should not show in hours scheduled. According to state law, even if a stylist is not booked, but was in the breakroom waiting for a client or available for appointments, they are technically "on the clock" and should be accruing hours. I would love a way to have blocked time (when they are not on property) to not be counted in scheduled time when I pull the week priors reports.

Service Sales By Staff Report
The Facial bar would like the ability to not only see service count/revenue by category. But also the ability to see service count/revenue by individual service. For example: They are interested in seeing how much revenue they have received from one specific service that is on their menu.

On client profile under Scheduled Appointments, Show Provider
On client's profile, under Scheduled Appointment it shows appointment details but would be really helpful to have the provider(s) listed as well.

Separate Tuition from Products (or Services) - needs to be its own thing - especially for reporting
Tuition is not a product so it shouldn't be included in product sales (or service sales). Need it to be separated and have separate reporting
