  1. if i run the mouse over an existing appointment that has an availvale time during clients processing.. it will not show the times when running the mouse over the slot that is available. it only shows the time for the existing appoutnment..

    would be nice if we didnt have to run the mouse to the far left of the screen to get the time.

  2. The beta report filters for services only include the first 50? services offered. My list stops at the letter "F" I wanted to see information on Olaplex services, and I am unable to filter to them because the "include" filter stops at F. Please allow us the full capacity for filtering these reports.

  3. If on different timezones, would make sense to have range spanning first time zone but keep red-line of "now" correct across all locations.

  4. Request to have a button when changing the expiration date to apply the change it to all member benefits so we dont have to do them one at a time. It takes FOREVER if the person has 40+ on their account.

  5. For staff to understand what they currently have. Specially for memberships

    Vouchers right now are not easy to read. It creates an individual voucher for the package. And if it is a membership, is even worse, when they expire, they will just be sitting there. You should create an expired section. And consolidate packages bought together. Attached is an example from another software.

  7. We don't need a signature at checkout for the reception app, it confuses our clients who think once they have signed that they no longer need to hand me their card. We would much rather just have the gratuity options displayed for them to choose and then I can proceed with the payment for them.

  8. Currently we are unable to read all of the open or closed messages in the message center. It is necessary that we be able to scroll through the complete list of messages not just the most recent 10 or so. Please fix this.

  10. There should be a way for us to create a pay structure or several for each location. rather than having to input individually in each staff profile. Needs to be a structure for hourly and salaried team, and a combination of the pay structures.

  11. When entering a number, the system should recognize the card type. Not everyone knows when to get a 4 digit CVC for Amex's for instance and if it was shown, they would for manual entry for deposits.

  12. Is there any chance of having another Menu level? Right now we only have one so I have to put all Lash Styles at Level 1 when really I'd prefer to have Lash Extensions/Lash Style. I have 10 styles of Lash Extension and in each there are 8 service offerings so it would be nice to have a Master Category then Style then Services

  13. We have had multiple customers leave after their appointment because they thought they had already paid and checked out online. We want to remove the 'gratuity' option completely from online booking so that there is less confusion - we manually check out all clients.

  14. When adding a blowout through the normal way of booking it honors the price, but when going through add-on and adding the blowout that way it just has the base price, if there is a way to add on the that service but honor the stylist custom pricing!

  16. Having the option to add a register closure report if one day was missed. Like if I missed the one on Tuesday and it gets closed on Wednesday. It would be nice to go back and add one for Tuesday. That way each day's totals are accounted for.

  17. The owners of our business as well as our studio director would like to receive email notifications when clients book an appointment or purchase a gift card or membership. This will allow us to provide them the level of client service/interaction we would like to, as well as provide an easy indicator of business levels.

  18. Add a tag when a client has completed their intake form and another for the COVID form. Also, once the appointment is booked add ability to hoover over icon and read description, and ability to read notes instead of opening and editing the appointment.

  19. Employees should be able to select multiple files and apply the same tag to all of them. Similar to the ctrl+shift+select feature on all computers. When checking multiple charts in one day this feature would save time and reduce wrist fatigue.

  20. Please give the option to add 'received stock' while adding new products into the system all on one screen - and also 'brand' selection should be a drop down menu rather than having to type out the brand each time
