When running reports to call on clients not seen for a specific date range, we should be able to see when last appointment was for that specific procedure

Admin level deactivating of employee notification type and info
Right now even receptionists are receiving emails regarding appointment creation and cancellation on emails that contain the clients' name, phone, email. This is by far giving them permanent paper trails of the salons clients and is only paving the way for employees to leave and just look through their email archives.
Although clients are shared between salons and their staff. I don't feel it is necessary to have the client data in emails that are by nature an export of data out of the Blvd ecosystem. If a service provider has access to permissions on blvd then they can ascertain…

I cannot scoll down easily with the scroll bar
It keeps making an appointment constantly instead of scrolling up and down and it is super frustrating.

When working on a client you cant always check the computer and it would be nice to know if someone booked an appointment so you can plan accordingly

A customer facing segment of the app
I think it would be cool for the customer to have the ability to edit their answers or add to them in the time leading up to the appointment. Something in the Nordstrom app where you can manage your appointments.

Clients who are visiting website solely to purchase a GC don't know to go to booking first. We had to label is specifically. it would be better if it was it's own entity

rescheduling an appt to a different day
it would be so helpful to be able to move an appt to a clipboard and then move to another day and then drag the appt to reschedule instead of having to have 2 blvd tabs open to see availablilty and then search for that appt once you've found the desired day and time...

When assigning services to. A new technician. We should be able to. Checkboxes for the services instead of having to customize each service.
It's so tedious you have to go in and individually customize and make assignable each individual service instead of having a list of services and being able to check the ones that apply to that new technician.

when we are refunding money can you add "client cancel" button because 95% of the time we refund because they cancel, it will make the process so much easier than me typing all the time?

Create one time SKU with price for miscellaneous products
It would be nice to have the ability to creat SKU's with a price embedded in them to use for miscellaneous products that we don't want in inventory. Example: I have some shampoo that was sent as a promo, but I am not going to carry it full time. It would be great to have a SKU like: MISC2999 that would ring up as Miscellaneous Product for $29.99 so I can just put that on the product instead of adding it to inventory.

Make the new requirement for client name when searching for an appointment optional
I noticed that a client name is now required when searching for an appointment. I use the search to find our next appointment for prospective clients, and often they don't end up booking. Fixing one of the constraints below would alleviate this:
- Making it optional to require the name before searching
- Being able to change a name on an appointment (then we could use a "throw away" name to search and then change to the real name if they actually want to schedule)

Custom Appointment Reminders per Stylist
We would like the ability to be able to customize our reminders based on each stylist's preferences. Some stylists are okay with the options Boulevard currently offers, but others would like to be able to send out notifications a week or more in advance. Having the ability to customize based on the individual stylist's preferences would be awesome!

All accounts that can see dashboard should be able to view a service providers profile
Including contact and emergency contact information. At current we can store this data about clients, but this potentially lifesaving information cannot be stored in platform on our own staff.

Automatically unsubscribe users in mailchimp who have ALREADY unsubscribe to blvd marketing
I am thrilled with the integration as we can nurture leads in mailchimp and send out monthly newsletters, but I am a little concerned that people will think we are spamming them since they already unsubscribed to our blvd marketing meaning they have to do it 2x. People who are marked as unsubscribed should receive no more emails from integrations

on calendar view make an option to open employee schedule
similar to block off option when clicking on the calendar be able to see and open staff availability for a day. aka make one-time change to booking availability from calendar view...
