When booking repeating appointments, it asks, "how many repetitions" and currently books for a total of that amount versus that many repeats

Services not available for stylist should not show on the app, or on the drop down in checkout
If a stylist does not perform a service, currently, it looks available on the app and is listed in the drop down menu in the checkout process. Those should not show at all. Thanks! Jennifer

The option to remove the ability for clients to add their own notes on online
Clients having the option to add notes is dangerous. They think that if they add the note it will be honored. Sometimes what they request is not feasible.

Ability to change/rearrange the items of Appointment Preference on the booking widget
It could be more clear for our guests if we had control over the naming and arrangement of items on the Appointment Preference list. For instance, to sell our products, guests must first select either Individual or Group booking to then see a list of our available products. It's common that they mistakenly think we don't sell products online because they never get past the Appointment Preferences page, thinking that they're looking for something that they assume is categorically different. Keyboard flow for booking appointments
When using the "new appointment" tool from the calendar page it would be very nice to have a keyboard only flow available. As it is now, I can type a client name, then use the arrows to choose their name, then tab to accept it. Then mouse to the services and click in the blank. Then type a service name, then mouse to click on the service name to select it. Then mouse to click on next service, and repeat.
It would be great to have a flow where I can pick the name, service, provider, etc... by just tabbing…

"Fuzzier" search for services when booking an appointment
If I am searching for a client I can type jody smyth and get results for "Jodi Smith". Or I can search jo sm and get the same results. This is super hepful.
When I am searching to book an appointment I have to type the exact match for a service. It would be great to have something a little more forgiving

Time Clocked In Available on Performance Report
adding a summary of "Time Clocked In" - not hours scheduled - for performance reports over a date range
It's helpful to know their clocked time as many providers come and go by appointment and receive an hourly wage in addition to commissions.
having a filter available to add a "CLOCKED TIME" column would be great

filter by store departments and people - Spa filter
Example:
Having a spa filter, so all we see are spa employee's and their bookings. As of now we can see EVERYONE's bookings for the day.

When selecting a client In the Account Credit section, Boulevard should show the contact number or email in addition to a name
When the salon has more than one client with the same name. An additional way to verify that the credit is going to the intended client would be helpful

Apple Watch schedule and formulas integration
The last app we used was SalonBiz Stylist. We were able to install the app on a smart watch. We were able to see a one day schedule of clients with the time of day, looked like the agenda view. If you clicked a client's name, it would give you the color notes, starting with the most recent note. This was great info to have on you at all times, especially if you left your phone at your station or you forgot your client's name (LOL).

It would be wonderful to have a tag that we could use for vaccinated clients. We're currently using the "influencer tag" :)

Ability/filter to see appointments that have been cancelled earlier in the day.
Walking into a closing shift where 3 stylists have called out means a lot of work on the backend when customers who don't check their email come in looking for their appointment to be filled and no one's here. Having cancelled appointments made easily accessible to see where they've been rescheduled to / the names of cancelled people would make tracking down individuals much easier. As nice as looking up by phone number is, it would be more efficient to see the cancelled appointment around the time the customer was expecting to arrive.

Complete Bell Notification History per client
It would be great to have the Bell notification history under the client account. We need sometimes to see more than 4 days of notifications so a full history could go under the client account or even a separate Notifications History section under the Management Cog so front desk can dig in.

Second provider receives an alert when an existing appointment is edited, and new service is added.
When client books an appointment the technician automatically get a confirmation booking. If the client decides to add another service with a separate provider, that provider DOES NOT receive an alert that a booking has been made. This added service is done through the EDIT mode. Unless providers are glued to the app, they may very well not notice that a service is being added to their schedule. They receive texts for cancellation and original bookings. Can we please have an alert mechanism for editing an existing appointment? Thanks

Down size the service lists under stylist names and take out stuff they are not coded for
Also if it was alphabetical it would be so much easier to find them on the list.

More than a 10-digits in a phone number
Hi, I had a client try to purchase a gift card online today, and they received an error message due to their phone number being 11-digits instead of 10. We fixed the phone number, but is there anyway that we can have 11 or more digit phone numbers added for international guests and clients? thanks

Way to administratively void account credit without it posting to sales reports
Useful if account credit is set to expire or was in error. At current no way to do this.
