  3. We need to be able to have the option to have alternate hours for certain days etc. For example we are closed every other Monday but right now we only have the choice to put open or closed. If we can make our service providers schedule bi-weekly, it would be very helpful to be able to have our business hours have more flexibility in what we show as our hours of operation as well.

  4. We should be able to adjust service price through checkout without having to go to "edit", then checkout. Now, you are only able to 'Add Discount' and not just adjust the price.

  5. Gift Cards should be stored on the recipients file, not the purchasers. Would make finding them a lot simpler! Also should have to/from.

  6. During the booking flow, the button at the bottom of the page says "next" many patients are getting stuck here. We propose that the button be renamed to " select date" or anything that would help the client to know that they need to click the button to see dates. many people say that they can't see availability on the booking site and have been calling to get help.

  9. Currently, the Inventory on Hand report only shows the current inventory count. When you look at this report in Summaries, there is a date range option that does not impact the report at all. It would be extremely helpful to look at inventory counts retroactively to see what was on hand on previous dates.

We have a regular problem of people needing to complete forms when we don't have their phone number (Kids without phones, booked as a group appointment when they don't know everyone's information, etc...) We have been using fake phone numbers (using an unused area code) for this. Boulevard recently started validating phone numbers and won't allow this work around.

    Please create a method to send a form to an iPad without needing to get someone's phone number, or create a way to check someone in on the Duo without a phone number or email address.

We want the discounted charge to auto-renew for those certain amount of weeks/months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up.   19. when a client books the confirmation screen should just say "confirmed" rather than "request pending" everyday we have clients calling us to see if their appointment has been confirmed.
