Zapier texting capabilities
Allow Zapier texting capabilities. Due to BLVD reviews not being posted to Google, we need a way to send a review request that actually posts to a public platform. Zapier can help us do that but does not have texting capabilities with BLVD.

Have dates when service/ packages are created
We release packages every year, before we had the new package system, we had to make a new service and now we are trying to clean out our services and can't remember which is current and notice we linked wrong ones

Apple Calendar needs to update rescheduled appointments
If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

Display how much cash a client handed on completed order
When a client is paying cash, and they do not hand out exact change, keep record on the completed order how much the client handed to us, as well as what change we owed them.

Feature Request: Enhanced Reporting for Retention & Rebooking
I’d love to see an all-in-one retention report that provides a comprehensive overview of total, new, and repeat clientele. I have to pull multiple reports to gather this information, but consolidating it into a single report would greatly improve efficiency.
Additionally, I’d like to suggest updating the terminology from "pre-booking" to "rebooking" for better clarity and consistency.

More Granular Employee Access & Improved Inventory Report Filtering
It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

I am new to Boulevard and disappointed to see the lack of ability to create Quotes for patient via print and email. I use quotes every day to promote my practice, increase revenue and improve client scheduling and outcomes. Quotes are essential to a successful practice. Had I known this was not an option I would have considered another EMR system.

Inventory Input and Unit Cost Adjustment
Our accountant has raised some concerns regarding the way we input products into inventory, specifically when it comes to adjusting the unit cost for the price at which items were actually purchased.
For example, we sometimes purchase neurotoxin at a discounted price during sales, or on occasion, we receive it for free. However, when inputting this into the product inventory, the unit cost is automatically set to a general price, which doesn’t reflect the actual discounted or zero cost we've paid. Commission calculations should be done with the business charge taken out after the %percentage is figured.
Make the commission report able to toggle so the business charge can be taken out after the providers commission % is figured.

Appointment Service Records Filters & Date range

Request: Ability to leverage dynamic variables (e.g., Studio name, studio phone number, etc.) within Forms & Charts so that one form can be leveraged across all locations but contain the studio's specific information when requiring a client to complete.
Use Case: For multi-unit scaling purposes, they want to be able to have one form that all locations utilize, but they want the form to surface each location's specific contact information via dynamic field variables embedded within the form.
