  2. There is no marketing filter for gift certificates. Who is most likely to buy one? The person who last bought one. Right now we have 8k people in there with no appointments- some are gift cert buyers, some canceled....its really hard to tell who is who. We tried to hand tag it and it was a massive protect. We just need a gift certificate filter to reach those people and re-market to them.
    It would also just be super helpful to know who received a gift cert. Its really hard to tell and we do sometimes use a gift cert…

  3. I would love more discount options. We are not a discount model but Jan and Feb are always slow and we run our best discounts then. It is a great time to mee new clients, much like a gift cert....pls let us encourage customers to bring a friend for less!

  7. Allow a specific date to be set for a voucher expiration instead of just a specific number of months or years. Still keep that as an option, but also add in the ability to choose a specific date. This way, you don't have to add to a profile or have a client purchase and then go to each profile and manually update the expiration date.

  8. There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

  9. We need our list in notifications to allow more than 3 when people book online. We need to be able to see who has booked and when so we are capturing all our patients and know they have all the information before their appointment. We have to send consents and intakes from a different system.

  11. It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.

  12. It would be great if individual services could be attached to specific merchant accounts. For instance, I have a nurse/esthetician. It would be nice if the fees for her esthetic services went into the spa account and the medical services she performs went to the medical account rather than needing to create two separate profiles that don't sync.

  13. There is the existing ability to add a link to forms, cancellation policy to automated client comms, but there are other custom links that may be useful for clients, specific to the business.

  15. We should be able to delete invoices from the Front Desk Dashboard. Clients change their minds after invoices are created. If we could delete it from the Front Desk Dashboard it would save a large amount of time and confusion at later dates.

  18. Under patient profiles as well as at checkout with any previously purchased products show the providers name who sold the product the previous time.

    Also under suggested products show the provider who suggested the product to the patient, so we know who to give commission credit to.

  19. It would be nice if inventory was updated as the purchase order is completed in the system. Everything is out of order and it takes a long time to go in and add the received stock.
