  1. For Medial Practices when a provider leaves the practice and you want to deactivate them in order to be sure non-employees can no longer access important patient and practice related data; If you deactivate their profile then all their previous calendar appointments disappear and are no longer available for the practice to view which has posed a problem. Boulevard needs to make it where you can delete a provider and not lose their calendar/past treatment schedule. Its important that staff be able to track the calendar by provider regardless of whether or not the provider is still with the practice.

  2. I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. This has serious financial implications for both our business and our clients. Having to create a specific service and schedule it on our calendar just to send a form is messy and frankly I…

  4. Let clients import forms into Boulevard that they may already have made or that are standardized from products or devices. That way there is no need to re-create an entire form that is already available for download.

  8. Our providers are using iPads during clinic, and need to clearly see patients' allergies. This field should be added to the professional app the way it is in the dashboard version.

  9. Many of my patients have alle. I have to log onto that system to check their points. It would be amazing if the points could be available to be spent at checkout.

  11. Need to have Medical history with ICD10 codes, Medication with Interaction checker, and Escribe. Especially since most Med Spas prescribe medication for hormones, weight loss etc. It is actually critically needed.

  12. I’d love to suggest a feature enhancement regarding form completion frequency. Currently, the available options are limited to “at first visit” and “at each visit.” It would be incredibly helpful to have more flexible, intelligent options for how often certain forms need to be filled out.

    For example, the ability to set forms to be completed:

    Manually (at staff discretion)

    Once every X days/months (e.g., every 6 months or annually)

    Once per treatment type or category

    After a significant update or policy change

    Based on patient-specific factors (e.g., age, medical history updates, etc.)

  14. Can you please put the date that people have purchased the gift certificate between recipient email and source ASAP! I don't want to have to search for the date. This is good information to have when I am running GC sales.

  15. The Marketing suite is horrible! It is so difficult to use. You need to make it easier because it is also extremely expensive. I left Booker to come to you and their marketing suite which is called Frederick is easy to use. With you guys I had to get mailchimp to send emails. I am not happy about this at all.

If we know a patient needs to reschedule but they don't yet know what time would work for them or they haven't responded back to an offered time...there should be a wait list spot for us to move the unscheduled appointment to until they respond. This way we can move it off of the schedule to free up their original spot for other patients but not have to cancel and remake there appointment when they do eventually respond/or are ready to reschedule and the appt can keep its original notes etc.

  17. We would like to run a report that shows us the profits on performed services. To do this, we need to be able to enter in the actual unit prices of products used in services. Right now, active products allow us to enter in default unit price, we would like the same for services.

  18. We need to be able to add a field in the treatment chart that carries forward to all charts - IE Injectable Progess note - past medical history or patient issue/complaint. This should pull through from the last appt so the provider is aware what happened. they should not have to go back and hunt for important information on the patient.
