Practice Management
I am seeing way too much standardization on the business operational backend. We are paying for this service, not the other way around, therefore we deserve to have more options for unique customizations on behalf of our practice that allows us to genuinely express how we will manage them as they move forward with us. Boulevard is NOT a unique experience and actually making it harder for our business to operate

Same! I don't mind things being somewhat opinionated, but it goes way too far with Boulevard. I find myself trying to come up with ways to work around limitations in almost all areas of the software on a regular basis!
