Membership Refunds/Dates
Would like this added to the Membership tab... If payment has failed and the client has put a new payment on file... it charges them for missed months but it would be better to know what months were missed on the order notes or invoices. We have had a few client issues with this because they get charged multiple times in a month to catch up and don't understand why. So there needs to be a change in wording on the receipts. Quickly view which locations a product is active at from the Gear icon
I'm in the process of downsizing our retail based on how many of each product is sold at which location. We already don't sell specific things at different locations, but it's hard to remember these without switching locations each time to check. I would love to be able to:
- go to the gear icon, then 'products'
- select a product to edit
- view in the editing panel which location has this product activated, and how many are currently in stock
- a bonus would be to see how many minimums that location also keeps on hand!This would…

It is so important for SEO to have lots of online reviews, especially on Google. If someone leaves a positive rating, they should be taken to Google, Yelp, or Facebook to finalize their review for being published online. If they leave a negative review, they should be given a screen that says something like, "We are sorry you had a less than positive experience. We will do what we can to make this right." Allow better groupings for online booking options- Let us customize whats under group bookings
Can you please allow us to eliminate certain service categories from the "Group Bookings"? Or find a better way to do "couples bookings"? Our clients are not easily navigating the BLVD site

Apple Calendar needs to update rescheduled appointments
If clients reschedule their appointments, they get a new text & email confirming the change, but when they click "add to my calendar" it doesn't get rid of the original appointment, so they will now have 2 different appointments on their calendar. Has caused confusion for several clients.

Save photos to profile from message thread
The business wants to be able to save the photo to the client profile from the message thread on the clients profile.

Commission calculations should be done with the business charge taken out after the %percentage is figured.
Make the commission report able to toggle so the business charge can be taken out after the providers commission % is figured.

Set an invoice to charge on a certain day
If a patient is paying in the future or owes for a package, etc., it would be nice to be able to schedule an invoiced date in the future.

Marketing
The Marketing suite is horrible! It is so difficult to use. You need to make it easier because it is also extremely expensive. I left Booker to come to you and their marketing suite which is called Frederick is easy to use. With you guys I had to get mailchimp to send emails. I am not happy about this at all.

Rescheduling Option
If we know a patient needs to reschedule but they don't yet know what time would work for them or they haven't responded back to an offered time...there should be a wait list spot for us to move the unscheduled appointment to until they respond. This way we can move it off of the schedule to free up their original spot for other patients but not have to cancel and remake there appointment when they do eventually respond/or are ready to reschedule and the appt can keep its original notes etc.

Option to enter in default unit price for services, so we can run a profits on services report
We would like to run a report that shows us the profits on performed services. To do this, we need to be able to enter in the actual unit prices of products used in services. Right now, active products allow us to enter in default unit price, we would like the same for services.
