  1. When manually adding account credit or vouchers to a client's account it would be nice to have the ability to add a note to describe why they're being added. Sometimes they're due to previous circumstances or customer service, so adding the reason would be helpful for questions in the future

  2. We would LOVE to be able to change the way our stylists are listed to guests when booking online. Even if we could change from most expensive to least and go the opposite would be nice from time to time. They are the ones building their books the most and I want to see if that helps get them more results:) But just having the option to have them come up differently when booking online would be AMAZING!

  10. We need a 2nd line solely for marketing. It is confusing guests with messages and promos plus some said STOP to the marketing and turned everything off. Auto messages fail then and they get annoyed. May be best to have a dedicated marketing text line (that is also 2 way BTW).

  11. It is so hard to understand and I cannot understand why. It should be a very simple setup of every 100 dollars spent = x
    Whenever I have to work with it we have to call chat to explain our dollar amount set up.

    There should also be an auto-send email about loyalty points so it can be used for marketing, ie, it should talk to other things.

    It should also have an auto-enroll (if you want it) toggle. Our reception has so many boxes to tick when making a first-time apt; it's a lot.

  14. We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.

    Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

  16. We end up with many appointments for past dates. It is very tedious to manage each appointment individually to remove it from the waitlist. Being able to select multiple appointments to remove would be super helpful.

    Along with this, selecting date ranges to view would be helpful to ensure that appointments are in the correct date range for removal!

  19. The automatic away messages are great. It would be nice to be able to pause them or turn them off from the messages tab. Sometimes we are working after close or before open, and it is awkward to have the away message pop up in the text chain with the guest.
