  1. I would love to see us collect more data, I want to be able to mark client details fields as mandatory - this would also allow us to build better audiences. For example First Name, Last Name is mandatory but also we want to make birthdays, phone numbers and emails so that patients can be contacted for reminders or marketing etc.

    I need this to hold my staff responsible for collecting it as well.

  2. It would be great to be able to go to the Client tab and choose Member under the "add filter" section. This would help us filter through more efficiently and keep up with membership status, unused vouchers, communications, etc...

  5. Dear System Provider, As long-term users of your system, we deeply understand the importance of clarity and simplicity in daily report management. Based on this, we would like to propose the following suggestions to further enhance the system’s functionality in performance management:

    1. Fixed Commission Calculation for Employees: Currently, the system primarily supports commission calculations based on a percentage. However, our spa determines commissions based on employees’ working hours and levels with a fixed amount. Therefore, we suggest adding a fixed commission feature to accommodate different employment structures.

  6. We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.

    This would allow us to run "Class" type services and limit the amount of users who can purchase this service and ultimately attend.

  7. When I try to print reports they download very small, I can't read the report. Even when I try to mess with sizing on printer. Can you adjust these report to open bigger?

  8. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

  11. I would love more discount options. We are not a discount model but Jan and Feb are always slow and we run our best discounts then. It is a great time to mee new clients, much like a gift cert....pls let us encourage customers to bring a friend for less!

  12. It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

  15. Allow a specific date to be set for a voucher expiration instead of just a specific number of months or years. Still keep that as an option, but also add in the ability to choose a specific date. This way, you don't have to add to a profile or have a client purchase and then go to each profile and manually update the expiration date.

  16. There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

  19. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.
