  1. Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.

    In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

  2. Void orders that are older than today. Sometimes I find an error in an order that was closed in the previous week or month and would like to be able to void the order and generate a new ticket to correct the error instead of having to issue a refund.

  3. In offers, it would be helpful to have the ability to restrict the offer to certain clients. Currently there is only an option to restrict to 'new clients'. This would allow special discounts for influencers, friends & family and even staff discounts to be more specific and minimize discount errors.

  4. Duo should link to mobile app or allow tap to pay on mobile app like Square features. Square allows you process the entire transaction from their app and its quite easy/helpful.

  5. Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

  7. It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.

  10. Language choice when booking with auto translate. Ask client when checking in w/ phone number what language is preferred, assign an automatic tag or rule to distinguish client's language spoken/understood and automate translation of forms and documents in the chosen language

  12. Appointment times should not adjust themselves when adding items- such as bar items. Appt times should only adjust if manually adjusted, as when this happens it messes up all merged items/appt times associated with the guest's service.

  13. Would be nice to see future sales for that given month, my other software was able to calculate what the sale would be for that month based on appointments. This was helpful for team goals.

  15. Can we update the cancellation dashboard so it’s not restricted to a single date view? Right now, it defaults to one specific day, and I have to click through each date individually. Ideally, I’d like it to support multiple pages that allow users to continuously go back in time—almost like an infinite scroll or paginated history.

  16. Option to turn off and on the price in any form of text or email confirmation. We sell things in singles and multiples and patients are getting confused if they typically purchase more than on on why the price is higher than the text said it is.

  19. We would like all product customization to be on the first screen where you create / name a product.

  20. We would like the ability to add all service options at the time the service is created.

    This way, we do not need to then search the service then make modifications and assign staff for example. This should be available on the same screen we name the service and select a category.
