  1. Some stylists don't charge over Boulevard, so if there was a way to close out a clients appointment so it grays out so we know its been paid and taken care of instead of it staying the same color.

  2. If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).

    This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"

    Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

    1. Please allow us to categorize forms/charts.

    2. Charts are the entire contents of a patient record. What you are calling a "Chart" should more correctly be called a "Note" or "Chart Note" or "Chart Document".

    3. Text fields should allow either HTML like what we can enter in fields that allow markdown, or at least allow macros where we can use short keystrokes that replace text in the note field. At least allow today's date to be coded in a text field like {{currentdate}}. When patients sign the document, does it come with a date/time stamp? Why not show that on the…

  4. Support a device like this https://www.magtek.com/product/idynamo-5 USB-C credit card reader that works with the DUO App on an iPAD. We follow all of the best practices such as keeping the iPAD on all of the time, firmware updates to the DUO, and DUO app updates. We still have issues time to time with the BlueTooth card reader and creates a very bad customer check out experience. Thank you.

  5. I've noticed when you try to rebook a client from their service history, their service provider (stylist/colorist) disappears from the calendar. It would make the most sense that the client's stylist/colorist's schedule would be the only one to appear or at the very least remain visible on the calendar. When this happens, I'm then having to manually pull the stylist name and schedule up in order to book the client.

  7. If you charge clients a no-show fee in Blvd, it counts towards your service and appointment count in all reporting. This provides an inaccurate count of actual completed appointments. Blvd should have these fully separate, or have the ability to filter them out. No-show charges ideally would function more like a product sale.

  8. I know we can grey out a product by dis-enabling but I would LOVE to really clean out our inventory by removing products completely, especially because we have duplicates made on accident.

  9. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.

  11. We use the tag system heavily operationally, so all our team members need to be able to see tags. I would like to restrict service providers to limiting client contact information for important security and business protection reasons, but I can't because they would lose tag visibility which they need to perform services accuratly. Separating this in permissions would be a HUGE win for us.

  12. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  13. Ability to limit the # of add-on service options required to book (e.g. minimum and max) an appointment. Ex. 1 add-on for a 60-minute massage vs 2 add-ons for 90-minute massage.

  14. When editing client or product details, there is no warning if you close the popover without saving your changes. The system knows there is a change because it highlights the "save" button, so it should be able to alert me if I didn't click the save button before leaving.

    It isn't often, but I occasionally leave the screen thinking I saved the changes and they are all gone forever.

  16. It would be helpful for us to have the ability to block certain staff members from viewing other staff members synced calendars.

  17. Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.
