  1. When processing partial refunds for a service, having the option to "lock" Gratuity for the reason that if the gratuity was not a dollar amount and was a percentage, the gratuity now has to be calculated outside of Blvd. The total amount of the transaction at the bottom of the checkout window is also not intuitive.   2. Customers keep thinking you sign on the line that appears on the first screen and don't know that you have to tap above it to put in your phone or email. Could the line be changed to just simply a button or something?

  3. Merchant earnings in commission for products/services should have the option to be removed from reporting for tax purposes as that money is not the business's money.

  5. Once we finish booking a new client we are wasting time going back to the client profile page to add bday, referral, etc. Just allow us to enter in the beginning of entering new client.

I'm A bit baffled why we cannot remove certain merchants that are no longer working with us.. it makes it very cumbersome to go through them whether it say active or inactive by their name, it really doesn't matter we would just like to see only the people that are involved in our business on the merchant side.

  13. Add filters for Term #. Use case is for reporting surrounding newly active members in a given timeframe. Ultimately, looking to report on the idea of newly sold memberships v. existing memberships.

    Ideally, ultimately expand to a Product Sales report to identify members billed for Term 1 as well as recurring billed members.

  14. Having two manage pages is confusing when trying to explain to someone where things are located. Would be easier to have one "Manage" page and a "Location" page.

    Have to direct them by telling them to use the gear icon in the top right of the page to get to the Manage Business page, Not to click on Manage at the top which would take them to the manage location page.. they still get confused.

  15. Need the ability to control the window for online cancellations by clients - 24 hours is much too far in advance for a barbershop environment, we would like clients to be able to cancel their own appointments up to 3 hours prior to appointment.

  16. When people are booking this is one thing that comes up frequently, they select the add-ons but the price when they create the appointment is only the base service price and doesn't include the add ons or show the breakdown of pricing. Also, when looking at Orders or the receipt, it just tells you the total of the service with the add-ons. Would like a more detailed breakdown on the receipt

  18. Add a percentage to zooming in and out of photos instead of just (+) and (-). This can be critical to getting the same look for photos in a side by side comparison.

  19. we used vagaro for a while it was fraction or what we are paying now, which vagaro ahd their issues, but their app was absolutely amazingly functional, you can run payroll on my phone, totals per person, totals per salon, check people out, so so simple, can we have that ?
