  2. Hi Boulevard Team,

    I’d love to suggest an update to the online booking system — allowing businesses to choose whether or not to require a credit card when clients book online.

    As both a business owner and a consumer, I’ve noticed that some new clients are hesitant to share sensitive credit card information with a business they haven’t yet established trust with. Personally, I’ve skipped booking appointments online for this reason, and I believe some potential clients do the same.

  4. Essentially we sell time! It is super important for us to be able to plan and budget knowing how many hours have already been reserved in an upcoming time period versus how many hours are available. This information is critical for us to track our growth and plan for the upcoming month with budgeting as a team based salon!

  5. It would be nice if we could add the offer code at time of booking. Apparently this happens for online purchases with promo codes, but not in-house. In-house it can only be added at checkout which means we need to create a cheat sheet of codes so they can add to notes to remember to apply it at the appointment day, leaving a lot of room for staff mistakes.

  9. Control over locking start times based on staff, category, or service.

    A universal start time can be set for example all appointments are at the top of the hour. However, some of our services are not a full hour long, or others require more setup time and cannot begin at the top of the hour when sharing a resource with daily operations.

    It would be great to have a way to have controls over start times that had more adaptability.

I’d love if Boulevard offered an Ambassador Program option that works like the referral program but allows us to assign unique codes with adjustable discounts and rewards per ambassador, in addition to the current blanket give X get X setup. This flexibility would make it easier to tailor incentives and better support influencer partnerships.

  14. Allow different services to have unique booking cutoff times (e.g., standard services bookable 1 hour before, but permanent makeup requiring 24 hours). This would give businesses flexibility, prevent last-minute bookings for complex services

  16. Currently, the membership fee collected is counted as sales, and when the same credit is redeemed, it is reported as a separate sale. It essentially counts the same sales twice. This is grossly incorrect, for both legal and accounting purposes. Please consult with your tax advisor and consider correcting the platform as soon as possible. Thank you.

  17. It would be great to have a section like a paystub where you can insert a note to each employee for the pay week. It would be great to write reminders or correction reason on their report. I had an incident where my stylist added her tip with all her service charge, I don't take tip on credit card. She could have received her commission with more money since she had already received her tip in cash from the register. A reminder in a note section would clarify the difference in pay before assuming she was missing money from her…

  19. I wanted to share some feedback on the appointment booking interface. The new drop-down style for selecting times is more tedious compared to the previous clock format. The old version, where you could simply click the hour and then the minutes, was much faster and more intuitive—especially when scheduling multiple clients back-to-back. Bringing back the clock format (or at least offering it as an option) would really improve efficiency and make the booking process smoother for stylists on the app.

  20. Add additional availability on professional app. When we see we're booked up for the day, service providers want the ability to add additional availability to accommodate more clients.

    Right now, this can only be done via the desktop (Adjust shift)
