We have member pricing of product units that we have to manually enter - this is a set $ amount - we were told to solve for the percentage but you cannot add decimals in the % discounts.

missed appointment fees auto add to next appoint
If patient doesnt have CC on file, Need missed appointment fees to auto add to next appointment checkout AND have a distinctive color/etc to flag staff patient has a balance. Very awkward right now. Have to notice there is a balance, pay it separately etc.

fix the reports functionality
since the most recent update to the reports, the date range functionality has an error in it. I see 2 different problems. When picking a date range by clicking on the dates on the calendar, it does not accept the dates that are entered. The only way to do a custom range now is to enter it into the boxes at the top of the window.
Also, when running multiple reports for a specific time range(for example, the previous month), you must now enter the date range for each report. Previously, the date range would remain the same until you…

Per Transaction Option When Creating Offers (Discounts)
Currently when you create an offer it only allows to apply the discount to the item (per item). With this clients are able to use that discount on multiple items that are eligible. Can you all create a "per transaction" option for discounts, so that the client can only receive the discount towards the total transaction. For example, I currently have a $25 discount code. If a client books a massage and facial online they will save $25 on each item saving $50 total. With a "per transaction" option, they would only be able to save $25 total.

Commission calculations should be done with the business charge taken out after the %percentage is figured.

Request: Ability to leverage dynamic variables (e.g., Studio name, studio phone number, etc.) within Forms & Charts so that one form can be leveraged across all locations but contain the studio's specific information when requiring a client to complete.
Use Case: For multi-unit scaling purposes, they want to be able to have one form that all locations utilize, but they want the form to surface each location's specific contact information via dynamic field variables embedded within the form. Automated texts specific to services
We would love to automate reminders via text/email that are specific to the procedure being performed.
For example, a microneedling patient may get a text reminder 3 days prior to their service to stop retinol, and another text the morning of the appointment to remind them to start their numbing 1 hour prior to their appointment time.
This could also be applied post-service as a way to follow-up, so a filler patient may get a text the following day to check in on them, or a laser patient could get a follow up text 3-7 days after their appointment.

Allow inventory editing after checkouts
I charge by area so it's always a flat rate. Since we need to manually count how many units are used, it would be helpful to be able to add in the inventory units after checkout so the patient doesn't have to wait while you calculate how many units were used.

Ability to set dollar amounts for offers to be applicable.
Offers currently don't allow much wiggle room. For instance we'd like to offer $50 off gift cards of $250 or more, however when we input the $50 off it will take that off every gift card purchased regardless of the amount. There needs to be more rule ability for businesses to maximize the offers they have for clients.
