Allow tip on Duo at checkout for all forms of payment
It would be nice if the Duo would allow the client to enter their tip amount and that figure would import to the check-out screen on the dashboard. It can be awkward for the receptionist and for the client to have to discuss the tip amount when they are paying cash.

Chart formatting when printing or downloading
It is much needed that the free text in the paragraph charting to maintain the format it was written in when sending to print or downloading to send. All of the enter/returned lined merge together. It is imperative for our medical charts to have the enters/returns as it was written by the provider when downloading or printing.

Client reschedule notification
Can you add the notification option if a client reschedules also. It would be helpful to know real time about an opening in the books for the stylists so it can be shared on social media

multiple categories
Ability to add multiple categories for packages and memberships when allowing online booking. That way I don't have to create duplicate packages just to list it under our "deal of the month" section of the online booking. I do this to make it easier for clients to see what our deals are instead of making them search all over for our specials even if they already exist as a regular package etc.

Report to show the correct income for the month
I would like a report that shows invoiced and paid services and products including taxes for the month. Currently, it does not let me filter out credits that have not been applied to services which shows incorrect income

allow us to import entire client lists from existing reports
I have client list data reports from Botox day that I would like to import. There currently doesn't look like there's an option to do so unless I add each client one by one. I want to be able to text and email blast that report of clients.

It would be nice to be able to write numbers and letters on the face image when charting.

Standing appointment
When creating a repeating or standing appointment, it would be extremely helpful if the system displayed a preview list of all the upcoming dates that will be scheduled.
I’ve used another scheduling software that included this feature, and it made a big difference in preventing conflicts. Being able to see all future appointment dates in advance allows you to immediately spot if any fall on holidays or planned vacations. You could then easily adjust the frequency, modify a single appointment, or set an earlier end date before finalizing — instead of having to go back later and make multiple edits.

Businesses should be able to customize the note on the top of the receipt email that is sent to clients.
It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

when booking via an online booking link, do not show the prices of the services online.

Payment Methods to providers
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tie payment methods to providers. I would like to be able to dissect how providers are being compensated to get commissioned properly.

Create a way to delete vouchers in groups rather individually.
When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.

form expiration
Love the new form expiration feature! It would be cool if it would just have the clients confirm that their medical form does not need to be updated. Rather than have them completely redo it.

We shouldn't have to scroll down to "send" messages. Fix the code so you can send from the screen as it exists.
This is such an odd feature that's really annoying as well. The "send" button should be available to click without scrolling.

Enable new clients as a filter in the report for each service providers retention
As a salon owner, the staff retention report should have an option to filter new clients per service provider. This would allow us to more accurately track how many new clients, versus existing clients, are returning to the salon.
