  1. When patient treatment records are printed, there is no patient identifier on each page. This is crucial for us and would be extremely useful.

  2. Right now, if you sync your google calendar, it blocks off those times in your schedule. But the whole office can see every item in your personal calendar- it does not appear to co-workers internally as just a block. It only appears as a block to clients. Please fix this asap- No one else needs to know when I'm at the dentist or my kid's school play.

  3. It would be helpful for us to have the ability to block certain staff members from viewing other staff members synced calendars.

    Additionally, a privilege group that would allow us to provision this would be great.

  4. I take photos on iphone, and have them shared automatically to ipad. I can chart on ipad but cannot markup photos with our ipad pen. I have to go back to the computer to do so and use the mouse which is very tedious. Seems like a simple fix.

  5. Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types. This enhancement would improve workflow efficiency by allowing businesses to customize the default behavior according to their specific needs.

  6. Our business does not mind if expired "package/series" vouchers from a one time purchase are still displayed, however for our Recurring Monthly Charged Memberships that automatically add new vouchers every month, we would like for those to be automatically deleted from client profiles.

    At this point, we have thousands of expired vouchers from active or in-active memberships that are starting to slow down opening and reading our member's payment method tabs. And deleting expired vouchers take a couple of hours per client depending on how long they have been coming.

    This would be a HUGE improvement in efficiency and relaying…

  7. When we add another service at check out, there should also be a time slot option and then those services should be added on the Calendar as well for history. At checkout, it shows the new added service but on the Calendar it remains as is.

  8. When a product has 0 in inventory, it still lets you sell it with no alert that it's out of stock. It would be nice if while checking a patient out, it still lets you sell the product, but will give you an alert that 1. the product is getting low and 2. the product is out of stock.

  9. When needing to uncheck employees for the day, it would be nice if the menu STOPPED jumping back to the top after every click. Let the window be static until the user closes it.

  10. We need the capability to pay different commissions on certain products. Maybe based on category. Such as 10% for retail like shampoos and conditioners. 7% on styling tools because their markup isn't 100%

  12. A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

  14. We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.

  18. It would create a more cohesive brand and user experience to be able to customize what forms look like to clients, especially when surfacing in a custom app. Otherwise, an iframe must be used to embed it anywhere outside the standard flow.

  20. When a refund is issued on Boulevard, the system should automatically revoke any applied vouchers and deduct the corresponding points from the user's account. This ensures that the refund process is seamless, and there is no confusion or discrepancy regarding the voucher or points balance.
