  2. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  7. All services offered need to be an option under sales tab so clients can pre-purchase if they choose to. This can then be a credit/voucher on their profile to use for future use.

  8. We have a post care form that I would like to add, but when the client "submits" the form, it would not be able to be reopened in the client portal. If they could still click into the form and be able to view without editing, this would be ideal. Thanks!

  9. We follow up with our patients the day after dermal filler as well as 5 days after treatment, 4 weeks after Kybella, 8 weeks after Sculptra, and 12 days after Botox.

    If you could create a reporting system that notifies us daily on who needs a follow-up (based on those "rules"), and we would be able to mark that patient "complete" after follow-up, that would be a game changer!

  12. Currently you can select your businesses gift card link to add to your website. This is great but it brings the user to a separate page outside of the business website. If there's a way to create a deep link for the gift card section in the widget, similar to the deep links for the service categories or services themselves, that would be amazing!

    The purpose of this would be to avoid having the client bounce out of the business website.

  13. allow for the creation of "other" payment types that are excluded from revenue calculations. For example, if we give our staff treatment benefits and want to treat it like a normal appointment for checking out and record keeping purposes, we should be able to pay using an "other" payment type, but have that automatically excluded from revenue calculations since there is not really revenue associated with it. Same for influencer accounts who's fees are waived and a number of other scenarios.

  14. We need to be able to charge taxes on gift cards at the time of purchase. Otherwise our system charges taxes at the time of redemption which puts the taxes on us or we have to charge the client taxes which takes away from the purpose of the gift card and is not a smooth client experience.

  17. allow an easier way to input account credits. Rather than having to do a sale to place in client chart. As well as easily being able to see why a dollar credit was added, and being able to specific what it can be used on.

  18. Considering there is currently no way to mass update unit costs for products, it would be nice to have a "save this as the default unit cost" checkbox next to the price when receiving purchase orders.

  20. If you could simply rearrange the add on services to put them in your desired order that would be amazing. Currently, you have to delete them all and re add them if you want a certain one at the top.
