Our SOP used to be to target special incentives or routing clients to new staff of the departed team member by emailing or texting them the offer or to ask them to give us a call so we can warm hand them to who we hope will take care of them going forward. In order to do this we want to create filters of Provider=Deactivated Staff, Last APPT=>30 days, Next APPT=0.

  3. It would be wonderful to book group appointments from the dashboard. We end up booking two appointments, but they aren't combined like a group appointment booked online. The trouble comes up when one person cancels their appointment, but it doesn't cancel the group. We can end up with an orphaned appointment on the books that takes some detective work to figure out who they were originally scheduled with.

  5. It's impossible to see when and where a voucher was redeemed right now. So if clients have a shared membership and ask why they dont have a voucher on their account, you cant tell who redeemed which voucher and when. There should be a way to see a clear history of a clients voucher redemptions

  8. Add 'refund deposit' as a default refund option so 'other' and typing out 'refund deposit' doesn't have to be done. The majority of refunds are from deposits

  9. We would like to see the option for one client to pay for other clients. We have many parents or spouses paying for someone else, and it does not seem like there is an easy way to execute that.

  12. I run several reports where I need things like all orders with discounts. The only reliable way to get this is to select each discount reason as an "include" filter (Thanks to people being able to type anything I now have 300+ discount reasons to add). It would be much easier to have it give an "is not blank" option for the discount field. That would catch all discount reasons (especially if someone can manually add a discount at any time that I need to know about to add to the report)

  13. New service provider are hired regularly which is great but re-entering basic info is time consuming. Having a "duplicate" button added to existing profiles in order to clone it (and service assignments, commission, etc) would make this process much easier

  14. We need to submit files that are larger than 1mb and more than 750 characters. We have a lot to say and a large consent file with images that needs to be submitted. Creates challenges shortening these if we are going to attempt to win them

  19. The original messaging system showed more info on the client right off the bat, with fewer steps. Also showed who had looked at the message without having to open the message. Also instead of showing how much time elapsed between messages it showed the time the actual response went through. It was an easier more efficient setting. Please change it back!
