  1. We would love to automate reminders via text/email that are specific to the procedure being performed.

    For example, a microneedling patient may get a text reminder 3 days prior to their service to stop retinol, and another text the morning of the appointment to remind them to start their numbing 1 hour prior to their appointment time.

    This could also be applied post-service as a way to follow-up, so a filler patient may get a text the following day to check in on them, or a laser patient could get a follow up text 3-7 days after their appointment.

  3. I charge by area so it's always a flat rate. Since we need to manually count how many units are used, it would be helpful to be able to add in the inventory units after checkout so the patient doesn't have to wait while you calculate how many units were used.

  4. Offers currently don't allow much wiggle room. For instance we'd like to offer $50 off gift cards of $250 or more, however when we input the $50 off it will take that off every gift card purchased regardless of the amount. There needs to be more rule ability for businesses to maximize the offers they have for clients.

  5. We should have a faster way to assign employees to services. We have upwards of 40 different services and to click each one and toggle employees on, is not efficient. Maybe you can have the employee tab have all service listed automatically thats assigned to the store they are coded too and then toggle them on or off from there

  7. Need a setting other than first appointment so that you can differentiate between an actual new client or the first appointment for a selected form. When new forms are created if using the first appointment option need to have ability to not send to existing clients.

  15. The confirmations to clients come from Boulevard (as the email sender), but the thank you emails come from the Salon (as the sender). All should be from the salon to be consistent and for clients to be able to search emails and easily find the information.

  16. When a guest uploads an inspiration photo, we should get a notification. some guests may do so even after coming to us for years. it would be nice to get a notification when something new is added to their file. Thanks so much for your hard work.

  17. Alle does not always play well with it's flash, rebates and GC's. A patient may not be able to use all at the same time. If a mistake is made, we should be able to make a correction as it is not a merchant charge correction. The need to REFUND the service (ie Botox) to fix this, then the clawback effects commission to the provider, none of this is necessary. we should be able to make a correction to a bill if the error is not on the credit card.

  19. We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.

    Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

  20. It seems unnecessary to create a package for each service just to sell a voucher. Please enable the ability to sell a prepaid service without requiring package creation. Ideally, a service should be rung up directly, automatically generating a voucher.
