Do not show staff without open schedules when viewing "Is working" in the app
The app (iOS) recently started showing staff not scheduled to work but with timeblocks in their schedule when set to the "is working" filter. This is not the same behavior as the dashboard view. It is confusing to show staff that do not have open schedules and kind of misses the point of "is working" if they aren't scheduled to work.
We often have lunch breaks blocked on every day even if someone doesn't work. This ends up having them show up on the schedule even if they aren't working.
Please standardize this to match the desktop view (it worked…

Ability to require staff to scan products at checkout and not manually enter
Some retail items are almost idential except for strength, size, etc. so the most accurate way to select the exact item being purchased at checkout is to scan it. allowing front desk to type it in instead can cause errors so it would be great to be able to require that they can only scan a barcode in.

Holiday Gift Boxes / Packages
We are creating holiday gift boxes and packages which contain several products from our retail lines. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create these boxes/packages in a way that would edit the inventory of multiple retail products when we sell the boxes/packages. Please create this.

Allow clients to prebook after checkout from iPad.
When clients check out, after the welcome screen, having a "prebook your next appointment" button where they can do it directly from the iPad while they're in with us would be great. Added bonus-- a suggested timeframe/ note on the screen of when they should rebook for if they decide not to rebook right then.

Add additional Product sale/inventory tracking features to the Zapier integration.
Zapier/Boulevard is currently limited to a handful of actions, none of which are product related. It would be helpful to have the ability to sell product on our business' external website and have the inventory count be updated and the sale recorded in Boulevard. Having those two actions added would open up a lot of possibilities.

Points Deduction for Refunded Transactions
When you issue a refund for a transaction, any points that the client earned from that purchase should be deducted from their profile. This ensures that the points balance accurately reflects the total amount the client has spent, excluding refunded purchases

Assigning Staff Services
There needs to be an easier way to assign services to a new staff member. Clicking each service then going to "staff" and then toggling their name on is such a waste of time.
From the staff member's page you should be able to click into "services" and easily toggle services on and off, not click "customize" then click "assignable" then click "save" ... there is way too much clicking going on. For such a new platform, this work flow is so outdated. I came from Booker which is such an old platform and their workflow is much easier.

Bulk actions for waitlists
Hello! I'm a receptionist and it would be really helpful to be able to select multiple waitlist clients for bulk deleting and clearing up our feed, especially when it gets so bogged down, opening the waitlist can cause chrome to crash when it's overloaded. Also our clients aren't able to select "first available" as an option for date and time and this causes them to have to create several waitlist profiles which only further bogs down our system. Thank you!

Ability to keep resource when choosing "add to calendar"
Lumi Skin Bar would either like the resource to be remembered when "add to calendar" is used to book an appointment OR they would like a privilege setting to disallow front desk to use this button. Currently when they use "add to calendar" to book, BLVD doesn't remember the resource they intend to reserve.

Correction of product
We should be able to fix a product that was billed out incorrectly IF THERE is not price adjustment. Patient billing should reflect the correct product. This should not be a inventory adjustment only.

Give me a total guest count at the bottom of the reports like other categories
On the reports we need:
total guest count- I am currently manually adding them and haven't found a total anywhere else
RTS total for the company- what percentage of my service sales is retail sales, what percent of my total sales is retail sales
Prebook % for the company not just individuals1 vote
