  4. It is mandatory for medical directors to sign on at least 30% of charts in specific states. However the function to do so in BLVD is limited. There needs to be either a "send to medical director" button at the end of every chart created or a pop up box asking if you want to send this to medical director when you are submitting your chart.   5. The options on blocking time on the schedule are limited. When adding a specific date range, we need a "daily" option so that it blocks off each day of that time frame. When clinicians have long vacations for example, we have to block each day separately-which seems like a waste of time when a daily option would make it so simple. Thanks!

  7. Would love for patients to be able to see how many packages they have left on their account. They are not able to see this on their end and have to either call our clinic or ask at their appointment. They can see their packages online just not how many are left/redeemed.

  13. We would like a way to limit the amount of times a service can be performed by provider per day.

    For example, it would be helpful if a service provider can only do 3 deep tissue massages in one shift.

  14. We need a way to know when a client's appointment limit has been reached. Some clients receive 20 appointments covered by insurance (after meeting their deductible) and there are too many to keep track of manually. The last thing a client wants to hear is that they now owe payment because they unknowingly attended appointments that were no longer covered.

  15. Membership $$$ amount should be automatically added to account credit each month. It would eliminate human error and keep memberships (beauty banks) up to date at all times.

  18. currently, you cannot charge a missed appt fee on a free service if you have your MAF set to a percentage. (which we prefer since larger appointment times/services cause more lost productivity when cancelled late/missed. HOWEVER we think it is important to offer free consultations to encourage people to come check us out. Today, though for example, we had a lady book consults on 3 services for an entire hour block...and no showed. We had no way to charge her other than to put a bill on file if she tries to come in again. This just really should be…
