  2. For employees with multiple duties/roles within the business. Time clock hours are currently cumulative despite which job reason the employee has clocked in for. In the time clock report, it would be helpful if the totals shown were broken down by hours per job reason.

  3. Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

  7. As of now we would have to pull 3 reports individually for each employee. One for Product Commission, one for Service Commissions and one for Tips.

    Can we please have access to a report that we could download and send to each employee individually with that weeks Consolidated details of Commissions for product and services plus tips?

  8. The current status are good (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed) but we need the option to add custom statuses as well.

    Examples:
    1. Clients that have "Arrived" might not be fully checked in but there is no way to see the difference. It creates additional work for staff and service providers.
    2. Some appointments are paid at check-in, but when it is paid for the appointment moves to completed which makes it look like the client has left.
    3. Some appointments must be reviewed by staff 24h prior and need an additional status to mark accordingly.

  9. Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on it, it would immediately show us the first available appointment. It would limit scrolling time looking through the schedule. It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

  12. To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.

  13. When creating new forms/charts, there should be an auto save. Creating the forms on computers/laptops with sensitive track pads will often go back to previous page and the work that was input on the form is erased and has to be started again. With the creation of these forms being timely and tedious an auto-save feature would be extremely helpful.

  14. I would like to provide commission only for actual sales that our team members make. If a client books on their own online, or is scheduled for more visits, I don't want to give automatic commissions. They would be a rewarded for sales activities.

  15. We would love to see a reservation number added to each appointment and make them searchable, much like an order number. This is a very easy way to look up specific details for our guests. It would be best if we could also book multiple reservations or bookings under a single reservation number for groups and parties as well.

  17. The agenda view makes it easier to see all clients for the day in a list rather than by provider. Providers often step in for others to manage time efficiently so it's easier to see who needs to be assisted rather than scrolling through the schedule.

  18. It's fairly common have someone tell us that their significant other purchased them a package of massages. In order for the person gifted the massages we have to either double book an appointment slot with the package buyer so we can check out the appointment as a grouped ticket where we delete the buyer from the ticket but use a voucher that lives in their account, or we have to manually delete the voucher(s) from the buyer's account and then manually add corresponding vouchers to the person they bought them for.
