  1. We would like the ability to assign Numbers to resources so they could be booked in order.

    For example, if we had three rooms - Room 1, Room 2 and Three. We would like Boulevard to add logic to Resource scheduling that would book Room 1 first, then for another appointment Room 2, then Room 3.

    Obviously still keeping staff schedules into account, but booking in order.

  3. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  5. Not allowing in-house booking on days therapists AREN'T actually scheduled on the books. Or online booking from clients when the therapists books are not open. This causes more confusion and more work/missed appointments/losing money for business.

  7. Unable to save new template created at times even when Page has been refreshed and logged in.
    It is very frustrating to spend so much time on creating a new template and then find that i can not save it.

  8. If a person has two back to back appointments it fails to show them both on the calendar. Blvd currently shows one appointment for a person and it looks as though there is an open appointment spot on our end when there isn’t.

  10. I would like to send a welcome email to clients after their first apt with our marketing info in it. It would not be a -pls re-book, but information on what is the norm what is not. Post care for the welcome to massage. You should be able to select when this should be sent. For example, after the first visit, after all visits.

  11. A reportable field that our team could fill in with the next outreach date, a drop-down of why we need to reach out (rebook, membership, customer service are the general drop-downs that come to mind).

    Report on clients without a future appointment scheduled including name, home studio, last appointment date, type of service, dates of last outbound message sent and last inbound message received through Boulevard

Too many clients complain about not knowing if they are paused on a membership or when they are about to end their pause and get charged without notifications.... it would be helpful to send out a confirmation email on when they pause starts and ends. this will cause so many less client issues for us.

  16. I'm in the process of downsizing our retail based on how many of each product is sold at which location. We already don't sell specific things at different locations, but it's hard to remember these without switching locations each time to check. I would love to be able to:
    - go to the gear icon, then 'products'
    - select a product to edit
    - view in the editing panel which location has this product activated, and how many are currently in stock
    - a bonus would be to see how many minimums that location also keeps on hand!

  17. Sometimes when we are checking out a customer, we come across a product or service that has not yet made it into inventory. We then have to add a different item and adjust the price to be sure the item is paid for. This throws off our inventory count and creates chaos at checkout. Can you add a misc line at checkout where an item can be manually entered along with the price and an option to add tax or not?

  18. Manually adding vouchers to a client's chart. Example: giving a client a free session, we should be able to add the voucher to the account without going through check out and zeroing out the balance.

  19. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.
