  2. We should be able to delete invoices from the Front Desk Dashboard. Clients change their minds after invoices are created. If we could delete it from the Front Desk Dashboard it would save a large amount of time and confusion at later dates.

  5. We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.

There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.

  7. Currently, the Referral field has no option to collect a referring clients name. You have to collect this separately and then add it to the clients profile in order to use it as a reporting data point. Boulevard, overall, needs to work on a referral reward program as part of its internal marketing.

  8. It would be nice if inventory was updated as the purchase order is completed in the system. Everything is out of order and it takes a long time to go in and add the received stock.

  9. The ability of putting in quotes for specific services into each client profile. Then being able to pull a report/filter for any client that was quoted that specific service for marketing purposes.

  10. I have never worked with a system that does not allow you to match up side by side photos and zoom in and out. Your function to do a side by side is truly not a function without this capability.

  11. The new voucher report is wonderful for showing sales, redemptions and expirations. It would be great to update gift cards so we can set expiration dates and have them automatically expire and have the same style report for them.

    Expiration is not legal in all states, but it is in my state, and Boulevard makes this SUPER hard to do as there is no report showing when gift cards are sold, it is all sorted by the last use.

  12. We would like the ability to assign Numbers to resources so they could be booked in order.

    For example, if we had three rooms - Room 1, Room 2 and Three. We would like Boulevard to add logic to Resource scheduling that would book Room 1 first, then for another appointment Room 2, then Room 3.

    Obviously still keeping staff schedules into account, but booking in order.

  14. With products you sell/offer at your business, you can have the option to tie expiration dates to that product to help when doing inventory, to keep track of when stuff is expiring and you need to order more, etc.

  16. Not allowing in-house booking on days therapists AREN'T actually scheduled on the books. Or online booking from clients when the therapists books are not open. This causes more confusion and more work/missed appointments/losing money for business.

  18. Unable to save new template created at times even when Page has been refreshed and logged in.
    It is very frustrating to spend so much time on creating a new template and then find that i can not save it.

  19. If a person has two back to back appointments it fails to show them both on the calendar. Blvd currently shows one appointment for a person and it looks as though there is an open appointment spot on our end when there isn’t.
