  1. I'm in the process of downsizing our retail based on how many of each product is sold at which location. We already don't sell specific things at different locations, but it's hard to remember these without switching locations each time to check. I would love to be able to:
    - go to the gear icon, then 'products'
    - select a product to edit
    - view in the editing panel which location has this product activated, and how many are currently in stock
    - a bonus would be to see how many minimums that location also keeps on hand!

  2. Sometimes when we are checking out a customer, we come across a product or service that has not yet made it into inventory. We then have to add a different item and adjust the price to be sure the item is paid for. This throws off our inventory count and creates chaos at checkout. Can you add a misc line at checkout where an item can be manually entered along with the price and an option to add tax or not?

  3. Manually adding vouchers to a client's chart. Example: giving a client a free session, we should be able to add the voucher to the account without going through check out and zeroing out the balance.

  10. Allow Zapier texting capabilities. Due to BLVD reviews not being posted to Google, we need a way to send a review request that actually posts to a public platform. Zapier can help us do that but does not have texting capabilities with BLVD.

  11. We release packages every year, before we had the new package system, we had to make a new service and now we are trying to clean out our services and can't remember which is current and notice we linked wrong ones
    also to see when package should be inactive on our side without having to go to client list or client history

  14. add a flag for messages that need further attention or review, or more info. Or at least make message unread to others can see it and notice. When you have multiple people looking at message and then a bunch of others come thru they get lost.... some sort of way to know this need follow up. thanks
