  5. If we want to know the patient’s previous neurotoxins and placements during an exam, there isn’t a way to easily move between previous visits.

  7. Can average visit value pull from products? We are an injectable practice. It would be great if products were reflected in the patient chart for Appts, revisits and Average Visit Value. It looks like this is only set for services. Thank you

  8. There is a lot to be desired in the marketing suite and it is expensive for higher volumes of emails. What I spend for a ONE TIME blast I could put towards an entire different program that includes texting and unlimited emails. I need to be able to have all my contacts uploaded to a marketing program that also houses contacts from our website and other forms that may not be from BLVD.

  9. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  11. Being able to see previous charting quickly is vital. Is there a way to "Rename" old charting so we could make a quick call on what was done without having to open each file ? EX:

    1/1/25- Laser Hair removal Chin, upper lip and legs..

  13. Our patients are requesting the ability to send and receive documents/attachments to our office securely through the patient portal.

    It would also be helpful if patients could view a read-only version of documents they have previously signed (ie: post-treatment reminders).

Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

  15. Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. With BLVD at least one of the connections goes down daily. Personally I would prefer a…

  16. Currently, Boulevard doesn't have a built-in feature to suggest upgrades or add-ons specifically at check-in. However, this is a missed opportunity. The system already suggests add ons when the client is booking an appointment online. So when the client checks in, the system should be able to ask the client if she would like to add any add on services associated with her appt since these are already in the system.   17. It would be helpful to be able to specify what stylists are willing to take new client online bookings. I have a few service providers that no longer want to take new clients. But don't want to get rid of online booking completely, because current clients like to schedule online with them. It would be helpful to have a setting where stylists can choose if they would like to be available for new online bookings.

  19. A way similar of merging client profiles, but for staff/employees. Let's say a service provider leaves the company but returns at some point. We of course would like to market to the previous clients and also have reports under the same name. At present if for some reason a manager makes a new profile for the employee, there will always be two. Without the ability to merge, as time goes on the issues continue indefinitely.
