Group booking should have the option to only show appointments that are available at the same time.
Most clients do not realize when they are given a staggered time. Even when they do realize, they're unhappy that they were shown a specific time that isn't available for both appointments.
"Group Booking" is understood by 99.9% off people as a group of people coming together, not a group of people waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the other people in the group receive a service.

Don't make clients hit "Continue" when reviewing their order.
For a multi-department business, many clients are annoyed when they're forced to interact with the iPad during checkout, while it's essential to have others review their services.
Clients should not be required to hit "Continue" after reviewing their order. There's already a separate option "Prompt client to confirm total" that we would turn on if we needed the confirmation.

New client count in future booked appointments by provider
We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.

Please add the option to select "OTHER / GROUPON" as payment method EVEN when $0.00 is the total
When using Groupon or other services where customers are not paying US directly, the only way to TAG that (mark this as a groupon pmt, for example) is to create a 'product purchase' for '$0.01' = since we do not enter (or know) the actual REAL total amount we are ultimately getting... (this applies to several third party partners that take a commission on a sliding scale)
Can you please make the "Other Payment" option available EVEN when the total is $0.00??
This would GREATLY improve our Reporting options!!

Recurring scheduled shifts should allow editing without deleting or changing all future shifts
You are currently not able to edit or delete a specific shift for shifts that are inputted with the recurring schedule feature. You should be able to edit a single recurring shift for an employee without it affecting their entire future schedule.

I would like there to be an option for the client to add gratuities onto their purchase of a package of membership, making there no need for any transaction at the end of their appt.

Looking to streamline interoffice staff communications.
Need interoffice staff communications like a CRM, notifying staff of things like: Policy update changes (with an alert with checkbox to acknowledge), as well as reporting on action taken and completion.
Also looking for staff to text between rooms as well.

BLVD should have RX capabilities
Bringing on a wellness program brought up new challenges for us in submitting prescriptions. Would be nice to be able to submit prescriptions through blvd like aesthetics record does.

Add - on services added to ticket!
Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

Other systems send out product used list to guest after the visit so they know what was used and are able to purchase said product.

Time Blocks for Resources
Can we please get Time Blocks for Resources as we have for Providers?? We need to block a laser off for 3 hours for a scheduled Service Call, but Do Not want to set the entire day as 'Unavailable'. As there are already appoints set for that day and we would like our available hours to be open for booking. Thank you!

Have a designated tab for lab work
We do a lot of medical weight loss and HRT/TRT which require lab work. Right now the only way to upload their bloodwork is to add it in the notes which is very time consuming - downloading the bloodwork, then uploading one file at a time; or by creating a chart then uploading it. The issue with doing it in a chart is sometimes peoples bloodwork is just 2 pages, or 10, or more. If doing it in a chart, you have to guess when building it the average amount of pages and hope no one has longer bloodwork. If…

disable cancellation
Disabling the cancellation setting and having them contact the salon to reschedule or cancel. Ive never had so many cancellations until I moved to this platform. I haaaate it!

PLEASE stop showing the business charge in performance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. It confuses my new staff
Please stop adding the business charge to the daily performance, business charges are a PART of the service not labor and its confusing my new staff when they see business charges inside the daily total and always think something is being taken from them. PLEASE I beg you just show them the total they can earn commission on, not the business charge so they can see what to expect on their pay. They always think money is missing
