  1. Our suppliers often update packaging etc and end up with a new UPC. In the transition you can end up with multiple UPCs of the same product on the shelf. A way to merge those products once the old packaging is fully gone would be amazing. It would help us manage reporting better as sales will be totaled for the unified product.

    It would also help clean up the catalog with fewer products listed.

It would be great for client vouchers and packages that they have remaining on their account to show up on their appointment and profile on the Boulevard Professional App. Our medical staff uses the ipads for charts and in appointments, but this info isn't available to see on the professional app for them to see. We can only see this info via the website

  7. An owner or admin of the account should have full access to their MR system in voiding credits or changing credits. SO often patients pre pay for syringes of filler and change what filler they want but they cant use their credit appropriately and i cant void their banked units. Or they pre pay for sculptra and choose radiesse etc. We need a way to be able to adjust product units that are banked!

  10. when clients pre-purchase Botox Units to have the option to set an expiration date/void the units instead of contacting Boulevard team to remove them for you.

  11. When the system is set for HIPPA compliance it auto logs you out after a certain time but it should reset to the log in screen -

    1. Because (most importantly) all the client information is still visible on the open screen and therefore not truly protected

      1. It is incredibly frustrating when you are working on a chart or back end experience and then you realize you have been logged out and none of your work is saved.

  13. In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

  16. When creating a repeating or standing appointment, it would be extremely helpful if the system displayed a preview list of all the upcoming dates that will be scheduled.

    I’ve used another scheduling software that included this feature, and it made a big difference in preventing conflicts. Being able to see all future appointment dates in advance allows you to immediately spot if any fall on holidays or planned vacations. You could then easily adjust the frequency, modify a single appointment, or set an earlier end date before finalizing — instead of having to go back later and make multiple edits.

  17. When prebooking an appointment, it would be helpful if, after selecting a time on the calendar, the view remained on the currently selected date rather than automatically jumping back to today’s date. This would streamline the process and reduce unnecessary navigation.

    Additionally, it would be great to have a “Book Client Again” button for guests who want to prebook multiple appointments. This feature should automatically suggest or give the option to book the next appointment based on the same interval (e.g., every 4 or 6 weeks) from the last appointment that was booked.

  19. Add a function to the waitlist that insterts a requested waitlist appointment into the schedule, in a specific color block so the the business is aware of a potential appointment time that could be filled.

  20. Automate emails to go to patients specific to how many days since they had a specific service if they have not rebooked for that service. For example, 90 days post botox, 6 months post vaginal rejuvenation, 15 months post lip filler, etc.
