  1. I would love to be able to upload a small video of a client making facial expressions or an option to add more than just 4 pictures.

  3. a lot of our online booking clients assume they have already paid for their services when booking online because they can add tip and input CC details. Many are confused because there is not a message saying that it is only holding the reservation for the appointment. Can there be a statement saying no charge is complete until day of service?

  4. When a client purchases a product you can select who gets the commission/sold the product. The same selection for the provider under the product recommended products would be useful. If the client comes in weeks later or on the providers off day, it can easily be accounted for who gets the commission.

  5. Need a direct way to restrict online booking to only services that patients have previously received/ limit service options bookable online based on a client's service history. We do tattoo removal, and we cannot allow them to book online because they will pick the wrong size .
    need this to control them picking the right level of service since it autoloads the time slots and cost. patients pick the wrong one and then you have to catch and correct which is very difficult to be consistent with.

  7. We would like the way to generate a booking link for a service to be bookable online but hide it from the online service menu.

    This way, the service can only be bookable via link.

  8. Similar to shopify or any other pos -> more visual charts/reporting

    There should also be a much clearer dashboard for all memberships/subscriptions:
    total count
    total active
    total inactive
    payment overdue
    churn %
    ltv per client
    FORECASTING - we should be able to have an idea as to when which subscriptions are being renewed (% of those approved on a daily basis/card declined,etc.)

    just better backend reporting all in all

I would like the option to have the ability for Boulevard to upload paper forms OR copy and paste forms into the database instead of having to create a form for the patient to fill out before hand from scratch every time. Medical and History forms are pages long and very detailed. This has taken days long to format and I'm still not finished.

  13. It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

  15. It would be helpful if the notifications blurred out after they have been clicked on to be completed. This way we would not have to keep track of each name done as we've finished the prior person.

  16. It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.

  17. When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.
