  1. I need to be able to go back and add more items to a purchase order after I've saved it. Often times I run the PO and if I don't place the order immediately I need to add more items, and I want it all on one purchase order.

  2. The ability to 'watch' a client would be very helpful. We have certain customers that come in that I'd like to be aware of - either because they are a high value client that I'd like to connect with personally, they need extra attention in some way, or they are a problem customer that we need to be aware of in order to track if any other issues come up with them. The way it could work would be:

  3. New employees have the same exact comms settings as existing ones. Being able to set a default instead of updating the toggles every time a new staff profile is made would be more efficient.

  4. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  5. Elite Aesthetics would like to see improvements in prepaid unit sales. They need there to be tax added, since they have to add tax at checkout for these same items. They also would like them to be commissionable.

  6. Some appointments are for internal purposes only and we do not want the client being notified. We would like to be able to set the default for this check box at the service level so that staff doesn't accidentally send the appointment to the client.

  7. When a client is charged for a late cancellation or no show, it does not show up under the providers commission and they should still be paid for that. There's also no way to easily track who was charged to add it in manually.

  9. Where are we on creating a report that separates taxable services and products from non-taxable services and products????? There are so many items that I had to list as retail for it to show up properly in the checkout area but they aren’t taxable so it’s becoming tedious

Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.

  11. We need a method for providers to earn commission based on the sale price of the product unit credit. This way, when the credit is redeemed, the provider receives commission based on the sale price rather than the standard price of the product. Providers should only earn commission on the actual sale prices, not the regular pricing.

  12. I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.

  14. It would be a lot more efficient to be able to add an APPOINTMENT transition time rather than adding it to the SERVICE because sometimes we can have multiple services in one appointment that don't require transitions in between, only at the end but these services can also be booked individually so that's why they all need their own transition time with the way it is setup now.

  18. The app (iOS) recently started showing staff not scheduled to work but with timeblocks in their schedule when set to the "is working" filter. This is not the same behavior as the dashboard view. It is confusing to show staff that do not have open schedules and kind of misses the point of "is working" if they aren't scheduled to work.

    We often have lunch breaks blocked on every day even if someone doesn't work. This ends up having them show up on the schedule even if they aren't working.

Some retail items are almost idential except for strength, size, etc. so the most accurate way to select the exact item being purchased at checkout is to scan it. allowing front desk to type it in instead can cause errors so it would be great to be able to require that they can only scan a barcode in.

  20. We are creating holiday gift boxes and packages which contain several products from our retail lines. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create these boxes/packages in a way that would edit the inventory of multiple retail products when we sell the boxes/packages. Please create this.
