  1. Our front desk computer runs Chrome, and we have multiple websites that require multiple passwords that are autofilled when we need to access them. Having to manually enter a password everytime is tedious and time consuming. On the downside, it means everyone with a BLVD login can log in to eachother's profile. This means receptionists have access to admin info and without logging out, people make notes under the wrong profile.
    There is currently no fix for this, but would be cool if you could come up with a workaround.

  2. use ai to make suggestions based on historical data on different business operation strategies such as "Reduce/Increase staffing/hours Saturdays in December." or "Change availability of staff A because their usage is low/high." or "Run a 30% off special in the spring based on customer trends." or "Call/Email these people to offer xyz service based on previous bookings."

    Basically use data to give automatic insights and suggestions to the owners of the service. Currently, we have reports which are great. However, it would be nice to get trendiness, graphs, charts, and suggestions/recommendations for the non tech-savvy owner who uses your services…

  6. Accidentally checked in a client by mistake, the only way to undo the mistake is to void the entire ticket and then re-book the client. We should just be able to quickly undo a mistaken check-in

  7. If a patient changes which membership they are on or the cost of their membership changes, it would be nice to be able to edit the price that the patient is being charged rather than cancelling and restarting a new one

  9. Hello, we would like to have the ability to limit the amount of reward dollars that can be used during checkout. Currently, the system only allows us to apply the full available reward amount. Is there a way to set a specific limit per transaction?

  10. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  12. Keep the same machine booked for the whole appointment! We have two LHR machines and when a client is booking multiple LHR areas (i.e. bikini and underarms) it books one area with machine #1 and the other area with machine #2. The provider uses the same machine for the whole visit so it should be just one machine per client per appointment booked. That way someone else can book machine #2! And we don't have to manually edit every single visit to be with one machine...

It would be extremely helpful to have an option to set a specified limit (10, 15, 20 min etc.) in which we cannot take a client if they are late, and if that client checks themselves in after they enter their information a pop up comes up and alerts them that they are x amount of minutes late and need to see the front desk.

  15. We want to reserve scheduling appointments for our front desk team. However, our Sr. Stylists may need to block their book and they cannot do that unless we allow them to create appointments as well. Can we please change this?

  16. Small addition, but it would be amazing if there was an option to put a call to action button where the client can text us. There's just call/email/visit website.

    1. The ability to duplicate a campaign rather than reinventing the wheel every time
    2. Emoji's in the subject line
    3. Store branded colors and fonts
    4. Reports that show who opened and who unsubscribed (not just a number but names)
    5. Better email templates
    6. The ability to choose multiple audiences for the campaign
    7. This was said before, but the ability to send to clients that may not be clients, but have purchased before.

  17. There's too much to type sometimes to explain a situation. And sometimes it takes a while for someone to reach back out to you. Having someone on the phone could help make the process quicker and have a quicker solution
