  5. Automation on client upsells/upgrades during self in person check in.

    Make it accessible for us to use a kiosk instead of hiring receptionist, we can just have self check in services that will also ask clients on potential upgrades relevant to their already booked service to support the practitioners.

    Rid of human receptionist and is consistent to offering memberships/added upgraded services during check in/out.

    The goal is to eventually replace the front desk receptionist to virtual as we adapt to current times with AI coming in.

  7. I just went to make a list of clients who recently saw a staff member who left last week so I could reach out to some of them for retention purposes. I was slightly surprised (but not overly surprised) that only active staff members are listed in the filter options.

    It continues to frustrate me that previous staff members are completely erased from the history of the business when they are deactivated. Just because they aren't an active employee doesn't mean that they didn't perform services, have days on the schedule, and see guests.

    PLEASE keep deactivated staff members available…

  8. We want to create a "TOX Bank" for patients to pre-purchase units of TOX and have them in the system to use throughout the year. It would be great if they could see their balance in the client portal.

  9. We need to be able to calculate commissions with the cost of goods subtracted. This is very important for tox sales specifically. We are unable to sell tox as a service due to the nature of the visit. Never really know how many units will be sold. So we have to sell it as a product. We have to calculate this in a spreadsheet every time we run payroll, and it is VERY time-consuming. There should be a very easy way to do this!

  11. It would be helpful if when an employee is marking a day off, if those now open shifts could be listed somewhere for another employee to pickup. Reducing this task for management would be very helpful!

  12. Make a way to access employee schedules outside of the spa. For HIPAA purposes, our system is IP restricted, however, staff cannot access their schedules, so they are constantly double checking on schedules by phone. Why can't there be a way to have access but not to client list or details? Then you have to recheck the IP box the morning of their shift or they get the "forbidden" message when they try to log on in the spa.

  14. It would be great to be able to see a count of the amount of clients that are set with each Referral Source with in a report. Instead of manually calculating each source.

  15. I need a report that shows how much $ we did by specific services. I also need it to be broken down by cash, cc, allē, etc. We need to know how much we spent on products to perform services and then subsequently how much we brought in. Highly important!

When booking an appointment, it is extremely inconvenient and time wasting when the system automatically chooses different rooms for each separate part of a client's appointment, if they are doing multiple things. This is very counterintuitive and it's so frustrating to have to correct it all during booking and/or after booking for all the appointments that were mass transferred when we switched to this software. It should automatically keep you in the same room. Its much more efficient to only have to correct 1 piece of an appointment, on the rare occasion when we have to change a room.

  17. when clients are wanting to be on waitlist for a certain employee, it should tell the client the employee's hours/ what days they work so they don't put themselves on the waitlist for a time or day they are not here.

  18. If a client buys a membership or package and wants to use a voucher at the same time, they can't. Businesses want to be able to do this in one transaction.

  19. It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.

  20. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…
