  1. Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

  3. When scheduling from the dashboard it is possible to view appointments without a client name, but when you try to book it takes you back to the details window to add a name. There is no attention called to the name area, you just have to know that is the problem.

    The issue I ran into earlier is I put in a new client name, but somehow didn't click "new client". The name populates in the detail window, but the appointment won't book. (and there is no attention called to the fact that the name isn't saved as a new…

  5. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

    For instance filters such as:

    Total service sales
    New guests
    Total guests
    Total retail sales
    Total retail units
    % guests purchasing retail
    Add on units
    Add on $ sales
    Rebooking %
    Utilization %

    This would allow us to set goals and to have to ability to have staff concentrate on certain things. New staff need to worry about rebook % and % guest purchasing retail, while existing staff might need to concentrate more on utilization rates and add ons. Having just service $ and retail $…

  8. We would love to see customization of what order Add-Ons and Modifiers for services can be listed in. This would be specifically helpful when clients are booking online! Our hope is for our modifiers to show before add-ons.

    Example, we would like for Modifiers to show for our SKNLAB service before Add-On's because the modifier section is where they will be choosing their service type.

  15. We have our schedule blocked for self booking 24 hours out and 3 months in the future. It would be nice if a pop up would tell them to call instead of just saying not available. They don't know that the schedule just isnt open that far out.

  16. The ability to reference which staff member was associated with a transaction and or part of a transaction would be an extremely helpful addition to reporting.

    The end goal would allow us to add the staff member that performed the service or sold the product in which the transaction is being paid for within.

  19. I used to never get any disputes with my other credit card machines, Elavon. Im a little shock by the amount I have lost and dealt with on actual customers. I want to see if anyone else is seeing an up tick from Boulevard to their previous companies and why.
