  3. Have the option to name a saved credit card as "primary" or "use for membership" for clients who have multiple cards saved on file so we know which card to use for checkouts. Often times clients dont know their card number so they end up having to pull their cards out to see which one they want to use anyway

  5. Clients would be more aware of the commitment, and any cancellations or no shows would feel less surprising or punitive...From my personal experience clients respond and are more communicative when we are already HOLDING on to their money.

    As for keeping a card on file the clients Freeze/ Lock their card when they miss their appointment. THAT has been the most frustrating thing of all.

    I believe that Upfront deposits could provide a smoother experience overall and could prevent those unhappy moments or reviews after an appointment is missed.

  9. For Medical purposes at Medical Spas, it would be great if there was an option to enter the patient's "sex/gender" assigned at birth rather than just their pronouns. This would be helpful when it comes to lab work etc.

  10. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

  11. Automation for appointment reminders that pertain to a specific service. Like a reminder at 2 weeks for patients that need to be contacted in 2 weeks. 4 weeks for the ones that need a reminder at that time etc..

  12. We have a membership that requires an enrollment fee and also charges monthly. I know how to set up a membership for purchase online, however since there is no way to charge the enrollment fee with it we aren't able to see memberships online. We need an update to allow for an enrollment fee to be automatically charged ONCE so that we can sell memberships online.

Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

  18. I'm quite surprised I didn't see anyone else mention this. The Time Clock report stinks. The already created summary falls short in showing the total hours worked for the day (since it lists start, stop, break start, break stop, start and stop) therefore it doesn't give you what was worked that day (i.e. if overtime is due). I've got to think most companies use BLVD for time cards, why is this report so lacking. I did create a custom report, which is better, but ultimately, there needs to be some changes.   20. The recent app updates have made it so that our service providers can no longer see what services are booked from their main homepage (their calendar view). They are forced to click into the appointment to find out what services are booked, causing extra delay in using the app, when it was clearly visible at a glance prior. Please fix this!
