  7. The automated referral program should allow you to add the referral credit not just at the first visit for patients. Sometimes patients come in and only have a consultation done or we may miss the giving the credit at the first visit. The option to add the referral credit in should remain in the checkout window even after the first visit is completed.

  9. We love that there is a gallery in the client profile, but have years of photos on another program. The company is able to make an export but BLVD is currently not set up for bulk photo transfers. I can understand the concern, however doing this manually will take months and creates more room for mistakes to be made.

  10. add a feature to allow prices to be set on the backend but hidden from clients during booking? Right now, we set prices to $0 to prevent price shopping, but this requires staff to manually enter the price at checkout. A solution where staff see the correct price while clients see a placeholder (e.g., “Pricing Provided at Appointment”) would save time, reduce errors, and discourage price-sensitive browsing.

  11. I would like to make a request for an additional tab in client notes section such as misc, we need nsurance communication for only staff it we had a tab we can create this easily. We need medications and allergies but we also could use some misc tabs that we can create in addition

  13. We need to be able to add a field in the treatment chart that carries forward to all charts - IE Injectable Progess note - past medical history or patient issue/complaint. This should pull through from the last appt so the provider is aware what happened. they should not have to go back and hunt for important information on the patient.

  16. It is vital to be able to show the PURCHASE DATE on the gift card report!! If there is an expiration policy we must be able to locate old cards and notify client their card is about to expire!!! From the accounting side we must be able to pull a valuation report that shows age of gift and balance at a given date or point in time!!

  18. Urgent Escalation: Misrepresentation of Cancellation Policy on Client Checkout Interface

    Dear Boulevard Support,
    I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding the way our cancellation policy is currently displayed during the online checkout process on Boulevard.

    Despite having implemented a custom cancellation policy that clearly links to my website via the designated URL, the platform still displays default messaging regarding cancellation fees. These statements do not reflect my actual policy and may lead clients to believe that they will be charged fees, which is false and misleading.

When adjusting for a price increase or even just changning the pricing for a specific client, the ability to have that price change reflected in their already scheduled appointments instead of having to manually change each one would be great. We currently have hundreds of appointments a day and are booked out for the year with our standing appointments and this is VERY important feature.
