  1. Create a full Payroll report that includes:

    Commission and tips (like current commission summary)
    Total hours from time clock report
    Bonus points for:
    Method of tracking days off in the report (official days off, not just "days not scheduled")
    area to add adjustments to pay before downloading the report. (for training, paying for discounted services, etc...)

    This one report would be almost everything needed to enter into any payroll system with some basic formatting.

  2. It would be a great feature to allow clients to upload photos during their online booking process. This use case would be for them to send "inspo" or "reference" photos of nails, lashes, hair, etc, all in one place vs. sending a form to capture these photos. Additionally, any photos they send should populate in the gallery and accessible from a mobile device (specific to each service provider they book with).

  5. Show open tickets under the patient's profile as well as in the sales view. A pop up letting us know there are still open tickets while closing the drawer would be great!

  7. Our "logo" isn't a picture or design, it's the name of the business in fancy writing. In most every case where the square logo is present, we can barely read the words. It would be great if we could customize the size of the logo for different screens. Also, the self-booking overlay image has such a dark shadow over the top that you can barely even see the picture we chose. Please give us the option to change the intensity of that shadow.

  8. I would like to completely move away from Mailchimp and use the email marketing from BLVD. To do so, I would love for more analytics to be added on the backend. I would like to see what was clicked on in the email and then if there were any appointments and how much money came from that appointment. Additionally, I would like to be able to click on the current analytics like unsubscribed and failed, to see what clients these are. Thank you!

  11. Marketing campaigns should have more flexible options including multiple date and time options, the ability to resend a campaign, and the ability to schedule campaigns to send on multiple dates and times.

  13. Currently, BLVD does not support awarding different commission amounts or percentages based on the specific membership tier sold. The system allows for a single, universal commission rule to be applied across all memberships, regardless of tier.

    We want the ability to assign unique commission logic per tier (e.g., x membership= $10 bonus, y membership = $15, z membership = $20)

  14. In order to quickly look at the clients purchase history, this would reflect more accurately if it showed all the services done. Currently it only shows the service total for only what was booked. If a svc was added on to that appt, it doesn't reflect there at all and only at the order history section all the way at the bottom of the history section. Then you have to click into it in order to see the services which make this hard to find information as it only reflects the total with no detail.

  18. A link to individual stylist services and prices. We have individual bios for our stylists and would love to have a direct booking link in their bios that go directly to their services and prices only.

As a spa, we are constantly looking for ways to cut costs or optimize time. there should be a report for appointment cancellations that is customizable by day/time type of apt, and how much money was lost due to the cancellation. this helps us determine what clients cancel the most, and what our reschedule/cancel fee should be. this is not new technology, many other booking sites offer much better reports than this.
