  1. Allow a specific date to be set for a voucher expiration instead of just a specific number of months or years. Still keep that as an option, but also add in the ability to choose a specific date. This way, you don't have to add to a profile or have a client purchase and then go to each profile and manually update the expiration date.

  2. We need our list in notifications to allow more than 3 when people book online. We need to be able to see who has booked and when so we are capturing all our patients and know they have all the information before their appointment. We have to send consents and intakes from a different system.

  4. A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

  6. Would like to have a Sales by Client report where we can see what customers have spent over a period of time. This is helpful at end of year to see who your top spenders are for the year.

  8. It would be great if individual services could be attached to specific merchant accounts. For instance, I have a nurse/esthetician. It would be nice if the fees for her esthetic services went into the spa account and the medical services she performs went to the medical account rather than needing to create two separate profiles that don't sync.

  10. We get notified when clients cancel and book but not when existing appointments are moved. I almost missed an appointment not realizing my client moved from Thursday at 9am to Wednesday at 9am. How is this not a feature yet? I can't be the only salon requesting this. This is a feature that needs immediate attention.

  12. We should be able to delete invoices from the Front Desk Dashboard. Clients change their minds after invoices are created. If we could delete it from the Front Desk Dashboard it would save a large amount of time and confusion at later dates.

There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.

  15. Currently, the Referral field has no option to collect a referring clients name. You have to collect this separately and then add it to the clients profile in order to use it as a reporting data point. Boulevard, overall, needs to work on a referral reward program as part of its internal marketing.

  16. It would be nice if inventory was updated as the purchase order is completed in the system. Everything is out of order and it takes a long time to go in and add the received stock.

  19. I have never worked with a system that does not allow you to match up side by side photos and zoom in and out. Your function to do a side by side is truly not a function without this capability.

  20. We would like the ability to assign Numbers to resources so they could be booked in order.

    For example, if we had three rooms - Room 1, Room 2 and Three. We would like Boulevard to add logic to Resource scheduling that would book Room 1 first, then for another appointment Room 2, then Room 3.

    Obviously still keeping staff schedules into account, but booking in order.
