  1. Right now you currently have 2 choices for paperwork to populate: “once per client” or “every visit”.

    Certain forms, this works for and others it doesn’t. For instance, Cancellation Policies. Every visit is excessive, but only once in their entire history of being with our business is not enough. Annual re-signs would help us make sure clients are staying up to date with this policy and/or any changes that may have been added.

  2. When I go to checkout a person on the mobile app and then add products the keyboard will appear and immediately disappear. It is a very common flow that we are selling product during an appointment checkout and are not always at the computer to do so. This makes it difficult for us to use the mobile app as checkout vector.

  4. There are times where our injectors need to add notes for a patient that's unrelated to a specific appointment (i.e. ordering medications or a phone call follow up). With how it's set up now, its difficult to attach forms and we have to go into a previous appointment and chart through there.

  5. only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.

  10. Commission reports are either turned off, and no one can see them, or they are turned on, and everyone can see them. There needs to be a way for each member only to see their commission reports.

  14. I think it would be helpful to have a section on the client account page that lists all of the clients who have frozen accounts. This way, we can easily see which clients are about to have their accounts unfrozen and contact them to let them know. We can also use this information to send out reminders to clients about their account status. This would help to ensure that clients are aware of their account status and are able to take appropriate action to avoid any futures refunds!

  16. Acquiring clients are VERY expensive. Sometimes people only check the first location in the toggle and blvds looking flow is very ridged and hard to get things in and out of the cart as well as understand what you are booking (it sometimes jumps to the next avail rather than showing it is booked)
    We really need a message or a way to navigate to the next location so we do not lose the client who is shopping. When something is booked, the booking flow for multi locations should have the message to check the other location, at the very…

  17. When a client is booked for one service and it was wrong the ability to completely edit that service and add the correct one is necessary. The ability is available on a computer but I don't have access to that all the time.

  18. We need the ability to view reports for nontaxable product sale items. Ie if a hair extension is sold and used in a service it is a non-taxable item in our state vs selling a retail hair care product which is taxable. There is no way in reporting to separate that.

  20. We have two locations, although under the Manage tab for each location we have a different logo, which also shows up on the booking widget, it does not show up in the console when you toggle to a different location. It seems to default to the main global logo instead of the per site one. It is hard sometimes to know what site you are looking at because the logo is the same for both.
