Offer codes for specific service providers
For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

When is this coming? The marketing needs to be fully booked out. Other software have this.
