Can we have the option of not contacting the customer on the app version, like the desktop version gives
Can you please give the option to book an appointment on the app and not contact the customer? The desktop version offers this option.

Add prep time option
Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.

Confirmation emails should be sent from Salon, not from Boulevard.
The confirmations to clients come from Boulevard (as the email sender), but the thank you emails come from the Salon (as the sender). All should be from the salon to be consistent and for clients to be able to search emails and easily find the information.

notification for inspo pic upload
When a guest uploads an inspiration photo, we should get a notification. some guests may do so even after coming to us for years. it would be nice to get a notification when something new is added to their file. Thanks so much for your hard work.

Alle Payment Adjustment
Alle does not always play well with it's flash, rebates and GC's. A patient may not be able to use all at the same time. If a mistake is made, we should be able to make a correction as it is not a merchant charge correction. The need to REFUND the service (ie Botox) to fix this, then the clawback effects commission to the provider, none of this is necessary. we should be able to make a correction to a bill if the error is not on the credit card.

Add Discount as a perk to for Packages & Perk requirement messaging
We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.
Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

Service Vouchers - Purchase Outside of a Package
It seems unnecessary to create a package for each service just to sell a voucher. Please enable the ability to sell a prepaid service without requiring package creation. Ideally, a service should be rung up directly, automatically generating a voucher.

Mobile form/document/png upload on BLDV app from mobile device
This would allow us to upload photos, documents and such to clients profile from the convenience of our phones to make some documenting quicker and more efficient.

Conditional logic on forms
There should be a way to have other fields open when you select a specific answer. For example, there is a question about whether this is there first time visiting the clinic, if they answer yes then they would get additional questions provided versus someone who has chosen no and already answered more of the client intake questions. There are many use cases for having this functionality.

Ability to manage waitlist appointments in bulk
We end up with many appointments for past dates. It is very tedious to manage each appointment individually to remove it from the waitlist. Being able to select multiple appointments to remove would be super helpful.
Along with this, selecting date ranges to view would be helpful to ensure that appointments are in the correct date range for removal!

We need to be able to block clients based on phone number alone. We've had creepers work around blocks on purpose by entering email address and name variations and it puts our staff at risk of harassment.

Message among staff and provider
be able to attach a message staff or provider regarding patient questions, concerns or reminders. The messages should be able to be attached to the patient chart for documentation but be viewed between staff and providers only

Allow clients and stylists to modify their appointment on a mobile device to enable add on or change, (or cancel with in the window)
From a mobile device a clients need to have the ability to modify an existing appointment. Currently, the have to delete the appointment then remake a new appointment with changes or addons. it only allows to reschedule or cancel

Office manager should have the option to receive client bookings via email or text. Right now only the individual provider has this option.

Offer codes being valid on No cost item
Offer codes should be valid even if there is no cost to the initial appt. Offer codes are a vital way to track where your customers are coming from as well. Some of us do not charge a consult fee, so if a new customers sees an offer on instagram and clicks to book an appt and wants to redeem that offer, but the book a consult to talk about it first, we have no way of tracking that the specific offer is what brought them in.
