  1. having a Payment Distribution Report that shows you all the payment types you've processed. You can see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions and other types of payments. Within the actual reporting tab. having to go to payment processing to see this report is just an extra step.

  2. We left Meevo and they had a nice app where we could cut data easily on historical performance for each location.

    You can see yesterday, last week, this month, last month, Month-to-date performance. You can also compare that performance against a variety of time periods from your fingertips.

  3. We need to be able to set custom "low inventory" numbers when using "Bulk Add" in a purchase order. When using bulk add, almost 100 products get added, and many have 4, 5, & 6 units in stock. Then we have to go through and delete those items, making bulk add a feature that doesn't make the process any easier or faster.

    For our business, 5-6 units are full stock for most items. We want to be able to set "low inventory" as 0-2 units per item. Bonus if we could set custom low inventory for different categories as well,…

  4. Add visibility toggle to "Staff Roles" field.

    We utilize this field as a workaround for creating commission reports. This was taught to us by one of our onboarding specialists. Unfortunately, the "Tiers" we created can be seen in the booking widget. Please add a visibility toggle so we can hide it!

  7. Clients are constantly confused by the online system asking them for card info every single time they make an appointment and then we have like 15 copies of the same two cards on file that we have to delete.

    Make it so they just have to update expired info or they just have to confirm the CCV security code when they make the appointment

  8. Marketing (and if possible confirmation/reminder) SMS needs to be separated from dashboard. Sending out marketing texts to even a few hundred clients pushes all of your active messages down below all of the marketing. You then have to scroll through hundreds or thousands of texts to find the messages you were working on with clients. This makes me not want to use this very valuable feature within BLVD. Is there a way to filter, or move these to a separate area?

  9. Can the previous neurotoxin treatment records pull forward to the new neurotoxin record? A lot of patients want the same injection pattern, or change small things, and that would SAVE A LOT OF TIME ON DOCUMENTING THE MARK UP of a patient if it just pulls forward and we can resubmit if it is the same or change the few changes and not have to document all over again as some peoples patterns are very tedious if they get a lot done and multiples areas etc.

  10. Meevo had the capability to set up custom notifications where I as the owner could get an email or a text for every new booking. I loved it as it always kept me aware of how we are doing on bookings. I know theres a notification bell on the dashboard but that only shows online bookings. I would like to see all bookings- via reception etc

  11. Add an Edit button to the notes on the waitlist.

    It is so annoying to click to read the note, then have to click away, click edit, then click in the note area, then type the update to the note. 90% of the time we need to update the note immediately after/while reading it. 99% of the time nothing else about the waitlist entry needs updated (I honestly can't think of a time that I ever changed a waitlist entry outside of updating the note)

  12. I am not sure if it is clearly marked and people aren't figuring it out, but 9 out of 10 times the forms for a group appointment are completed for the wrong people. Often the "guest of" form is completed in the name of the primary person and the primary person does not have any forms completed.

    I am not sure if something can be done to make this more clear, or easier to get right.

    A confounding factor is that forms cannot be moved between profiles. So we are stuck working around how to get the forms to the…

  13. Instead of having the entire service amount go into the, in our case, independent contractor's, account, and then having to invoice them; allow the commission amount to go into their account. This allows both the contractor and our business to get paid directly and removes the headache for every to have to create and pay invoices and move money all over the place.

  15. when looking at the history of a clients orders. when i open a specific order and then hit the back button, it redirects me to todays recent orders history of all clients instead of bringing me back to view the history of that specific client. having to type in the clients first and last name every single time i want to look into there individual account order history
    ie: All Orders--> clients name--> full order history--> specific date of order history -->hits back button-- All Orders.

    it should be :
    All Orders-->clients full purchase history-->Specific date-->back button-->clients full order history.
