  1. Have an ongoing injectables table record and laser record, that is documented but then it automatically pulls forward to the newest injectable and new laser record. So, when opening the new treatment record, you can scroll down and see the ongoing history of the treatment dates and details in the same document (units of botox, laser settings etc) without toggling back and forth and in and out of multiple records to find out the last time a patient did a specific treatment, or what the settings were in past treaments etc.

  2. The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

  3. Please add an Accordion for standing appointments. We do not need to see 100s of appointments on account. 5 would be fine and then we can open up the full list if we need.

  4. Example: Someone books "The Full" but on our end it will say "Chemical 4" meaning we have 4 increments of time to apply. This is pretty crucial for time based salons.

  5. I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.

    This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.

    I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…

  7. Woodward Barbers would like the ability to send same-day reminders out relative to the appointment time instead of just one time in the day. For example, they could send a reminder text two hours prior to appointment time (ie at 10am for a noon appointment and 2pm for a 4pm appointment) instead of 8am for all appointments that day.

  8. Schedules and shifts are created in Prospr, then manually created/changed in Boulevard. If approved and published shifts from Prospr automatically updated boulevard schedules, this would eliminate any potential room for error that manually updating may have.

  9. Set custom cancellation policy by location. For example we have one main location and an alternate location that sees patients once a month. For that second location we'd like to have a longer period for cancellations, while our main location is fine with a 48 hour notice.

  12. There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

  17. I would love to be able to track our efforts in marketing and so much more as a salon owner. I would love my first prompt to ask guest if they are new or returning guest to our salon. Then the next prompt would ask and give multiple choice answer to how they found their stylist. The only other way is to manually track and have each stylist ask each guest and that will not be an accurate count based off which stylists participate or possibly simply forget in our long appointments to ask:) I have got to find a…

  18. It would be awesome if we could toggle the gratuity collection for each individual service/transaction before checkout as opposed to it being permanently on or off for all transactions. This would be helpful since not all of our services typically require gratuity and only certain services we would ask for it. That way we would not have to toggle it on or off through the management settings everytime we wanted to request for gratuity. It is very off-putting to our clients when prompted for gratuity on services that don't require them.
