  2. It would be nice to have a hard visual delineation between the staff schedule and room schedule in the calendar. Currently looking at it in its full view, the two blend together as they both have the same greyed out background to show bookable times. If there could either be a bold vertical line between the two, or have a slightly different colored/patterned background (different than the grey), it would make it easier to know exactly where the staff schedules stop at a glance.

  4. Include "Yea/Yeah/OK" as a "Yes" as an answer to the text reminders to confirm an appointment.
    We know how clients are: type yes to confirm and they answer Y or Yea, or Yeah, and the system does not recognise that!

  5. When someone's card declines for cancellation fees. We would like there to be a way that we can
    a) notify them that they owe those fees before booking again.
    b) allow a deficit put on their account that needs paying before they can book again. Not that they can have an open account but so that we can track and charge for unpaid late charges.

    it is really hard to keep track of this via notes in the system and word of mouth.

  8. The business wants the ability to add symbols such as + or - when entering the cost. For an example: $40.00 is the list price but they want it to say $40.00+ as the cost may be more then what is being shown

  9. At the end of checking out a client, before sending the receipt email, there is a spot to write a message to the client. It would be great to have pre scripted messages saved in a drop down. This would make it a lot easier to send a message. IE: Today is prom day and I keep writing the same message (Have an AMAZING time at your Prom) Having 5-10 saved messages would allow a little personal touch on the receipt.

  10. Indie Mane Salon & Spa would like the ability to quickly see not only the date of previous service but how many weeks ago that service was. Currently, they have to manually calculate based on the date shown. They often use this function to determine next pre-booking window.

  11. Have a way for the Discount Reasons/Codes to be toggled off when not in use. Then we don't have to delete and readd when they are used again. This will keep reporting accurate, so the name isn't different from the first time it was used. It will also keep the checkout drop down list cleaner and quicker for the front desk teams to find their active promo/discount.

  12. Idea: With the new checkout flow, the total is doesn't always show on the iPad when clients are using different forms of payment (card + account credit, or card + gift cards). Show all line items and total

    Feedback: Are there any plans to update it again to show the actual charge? This is becoming a consistent issue with our clients unfortunately. We have been accused of over charging serval guests because the Boulevard Duo is not reflecting the actual charge

  14. There should be alerts when membership charges don't process via the bell notifications. It's cumbersome to have to remember to look at past due memberships in the "memberships" section of the gear icon. Time is of the essence for addressing billing issues. Front desk employees often dismiss the open orders where it declined and there's no alert or obvious label on that open order about how it's a membership charge that declined and needs to be addressed.

  16. Currently, it seems like the only way to add “add-on” services to a service is to select one at a time, opening the menu each time. If there was a way to check multiple services under that menu, it would make the process much more streamlined

  17. A lot of our clients see multiple providers when they visit the salon. It would be a convenient feature to indicate that someone is seeing more than one provider. Just a quick and easy way for a service provider to see that without having to hover over or click on the appointment
