  1. When patients cancel online them, ask them to select a reason for cancelation and prompt to reschedule. It would be nice if we could change the options for cancelations. Thank you!

We have a regular problem of people needing to complete forms when we don't have their phone number (Kids without phones, booked as a group appointment when they don't know everyone's information, etc...) We have been using fake phone numbers (using an unused area code) for this. Boulevard recently started validating phone numbers and won't allow this work around.

    Please create a method to send a form to an iPad without needing to get someone's phone number, or create a way to check someone in on the Duo without a phone number or email address.

  7. For businesses that provide services like laser where multiple services are being booked per appt, there needs to be an option to have an overall appt deposit, vs service deposit. If an appt has multiple services per appt the deposit will get quite high

  9. We run promotions on memberships and we want to allow the discounted membership price for x amount of months from the date of sign-up. We want the discounted charge to auto-renew for those certain amount of weeks/months without having to manually change the price for each client that signs up. The initial discount price is charged at sign-up but reverts to the original price of the membership at the next auto charge.   12. If I have a client that buys a gift card for their mom I want them to easily book a session online through online booking and pay using the gift card. I don't want to make them have to pick up the phone or come in. Gift cards being used as an online payment option that connects directly to the amount would be amazing!

    Add functionality to fully remove product listings from client profiles when orders are deleted, preventing lingering entries with 0 units from appearing in accounts.

    Currently, when orders containing product units are deleted, the product listing remains visible in client profiles even with 0 units. This creates confusion for both clients and staff. A new feature would:

    • Allow complete removal of product listings when associated orders are deleted
    • Maintain cleaner client profiles without zero-unit entries
    • Prevent confusion about product availability and redemption status
    • Streamline the order deletion and cleanup process

  17. Create an internal report that allows services and addons to be seen for mapping. Also, create a similar report for charts and forms to show what services they have been attached too. Currently both processes are done 1 by 1 which is both massively inefficient and time consuming. Not user friendly by any means.

  18. We have a mandatory liability form that all clients must sign to utilize our services. Sometimes clients start the form and do not press submit -then ipad times out and the signature is lost. It would be great to have an alert at check out to notify us if a client has not fully completed their necessary forms for that reservation.

  20. Allow offer codes to apply to products attached to services. Also allow offer codes to apply to multiple amounts of the same product.

    i.e. if someone buys two syringes of Restylane (product) thats attached to the "filler" service, the offer code applies to each syringe. right now, the code only applies to one syringe and the second syringe is not discounted.
