  1. Being able to sign multiple family members in with the kiosk. Now it signs in 1 name multiple times. When that customer is assigned, it combines the multiple sign ins as 1 person instead of multiple. This causes issues managing the waitlist as the customers have arrived.

  3. We are having to manually send texts/emails to new guests asking them to fill out a survey in exchange for gift vouchers for their next appointments. I'd like the system to be able to enter a new guest into a 3-6 month after visit flow where we can send them reminders about our loyalty program, survey their experience, video links on hot tips...all to stay top of mind and add value to their experience.

  6. Need a report where I can see how many people BOOKED appointments in a certain timeframe. So for example, if an appointment was booked on January 8 for an appointment in March... that's the data I'm looking for. We know how many people clicked on our website in a timeframe, but we don't know how many of those clicks turned into bookings. If you don't have a report for that, there's no way we can track it. This is very important data to track alongside marketing and SEO efforts!

  8. We are a soap notes required biz.
    We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.

  9. For medical aesthetics, we want to see a quick snapshot of the appointments when we open the patient profile. I want to see the picture above the appointment, the treatment performed what was injected, or how many units were injected under the picture. Also, the provider can open the invoice attached to the appointment to see what was charged. It needs to be more aesthetic medical spa friendly

  13. Alerts if client/patient has a history of no-shows or cancels often.

    Ex. When we're choosing a reason, client canceled, client no-showed, if we're choosing the reason, if the system could recognize that as: "Hey, history of no -shows or one no -show", it would help prepare for that appointment.

  15. It would be extremely helpful if BLVD had the capability to modify the price of a current membership. We run deals all the time that change the price of current members and our previous solution allowed us to discount their membership price for x amount of months or change the price all together.
