  2. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

  3. The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.

  4. Please bring back the "guest of" tag or add an automatic "party" tag to guest of appointments. The new app update has eliminated the "guest of" marker and it's caused confusion for our service providers who rely on the app and not the browser.

  5. Having the ability to create a bank of questions/dropdowns etc. that can then be added to many different forms and charts would be very time-saving and allow us to create forms/charts with ease.

    Also, it would be a cool feature to pull in products by category into a chart so we would easily make a protocol for providers to select what product they used during that step.

    Having the ability to change a chart to a form and vice versa, just in case you spent a lot of time building the form or chart in the incorrect format.

  8. We are creating holiday gift boxes and packages which contain several products from our retail lines. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create these boxes/packages in a way that would edit the inventory of multiple retail products when we sell the boxes/packages. Please create this.

  11. In the new improved calendar view from mobile app we should be able to choose which 3 days we want to see at a time. Right now it will not let me see Tuesday weds Thursday together. We should also be able to pinch to expand or minimize the calendar.

  13. Change the Text Language - Guests are coming in a day early because the language used in the booking and reminder texts is confusing them.

    "Free cancellation or modification before Thu, Mar 28, 2024 at 2:00pm CDT. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."

    We had 3 people in today come in alone. Happens A LOT. I think this is an unintended consequence.

  15. It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

  17. Under settings, service list cannot be searched. It can be searched under the "manage location" but not under the "manage business".
